Sounds like a tall, impossible order; Correct? Not if you select Wagner Pavers as you "make your statement in stone". Thank God for a neighbor who recently hired them to create his paved driveway as we may have never found Wagner without questioning our neighbor about who was completing his work. Their work is likely completely through word of mouth as I've never seen any advertising from them. Their work speaks for itself. Once you meet them, from the office personnel, the owners & workers, you are clearly a part of the team formed to get the job done to perfection. Feeling like part of the Wagner Pavers family is expected once you meet them. Our job was a large one. I was skeptical before we started as to whether we really needed to have the work done at all but now that it is complete, it is VERY clear how it enhances our property & sets the value at a new level. Our driveway alone is ~2,400 square feet. Along with the driveway, we also converted two patio areas with the same pavers. The stones that were in the patio areas before the new pavers were placed were irregular in height and difficult to walk on. Now that the new pavers are placed, the surface is flat, coordinated, blended with the driveway and enhances the entire look of the house. Before I close this review out, I'll try to express the commitment & exceptional expertise of the workers. With ~40 years of on-off constriction in three different states & 4 different homes, re-doing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, pools along with doubling the size of our 1st home adding many addition rooms, heated flooring & fireplaces; We've worked with many many contractors, concrete masons, carpenters, window manufacturers, roofers ect. But I have to say that the guys that work for Wagner Pavers are THE most exceptionally talented workers I've EVER experienced. They are clearly committed to their work, they are very well experienced. There was NO guesswork involved with their work. They get it exactly right the 1st time & work very diligently to get the work done timely. I was amazed at how fast & accurate they worked under the hot Florida summer sun, with very few breaks, to get the job completed. This was all completed at a very fair price & short time between start to finish. On top of it all; They back up their work! Making the task more difficult was the fact that my extended family was also out of the country and nobody had access to the residence save one friend with a key who couldn't be there to supervise the work. I called ServPro of Central Brevard since I knew they specialized in the type of cleanup I needed done and was connected with the owner, Raymond, who wound up being a comforting and helpful individual to deal with my issue. Ray took it upon himself to meet my friend at work who had the keys to my residence, after which he meticulously documented the scene in my house with digital photographs that he emailed me and then discussed via phone. He then prepared a rather reasonably priced estimate for the work to be done, and he ensured the work was done in a timely manner. I was able to accomplish this all from out of state due to the great communication from Ray and his staff, and when I was able to eventually get back and survey the work they had done I was satisfied with the great job. I can say with confidence that this company is trustworthy and easy to deal with, even when faced with rather stressful occurrences. A++

This company made false promises to get us to accept their tree trimming services, the company…read moreowner Alex refused to stand by those promises, then lied by saying that he'd make it right then later refused to do so. They knocked on doors in my neighborhood unsolicited, pressuring people to trim their trees. Initially, the salesman gave pricing of $1100 for 3 palm tree trimmings. I declined due to the high price and because I was considering getting rid of our trees, but their salesman pressured hard, knocking down the price repeatedly, throwing in other trees to be trimmed, and GUARANTEEING me twice that we wouldn't have to worry about branches hitting our roof for over 2+ years after they did a "special cut" on the palm trees that limit their growth. We were taken advantage of. $750 for a job that took ~15 mins. Just 4 months later, it was clear we'd been lied to as the tree was already on the roof again. Upon calling owner Alex and sharing what his salesman told us, he was very demeaning over the phone, treating us like idiots for believing what his salesman told us and for not knowing how fast these palms grew (being new to the area). With great reluctance & verbal condescension, Alex told us he'd come trim the trees again next time they were in the area (see attached screenshot). But this too was a lie. When I followed up after 2 mos of hearing nothing, he renegged on his promise and refused to do it, calling me names, acting highly confrontational on the phone, and accusing me of trying to get free work which I've never done in my life and found very offensive. These actions are what I'd associate with a company who cares nothing about the customer once they have their money. I'm in disbelief over the his disrespect and refusal to make this right. I'll never do business again with a company whose salesman and owner lied, that uses high pressure salesmen tactics, shows zero regard for the customer, and won't stand by their work. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company in my life, and I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same experience. With so many other landscaping companies around, I kick myself for believing their salesman and wish I'd taken my business anywhere else..

I have hired many contractors to have jobs done on our homes. We have had some that were great and…read moreothers not so great. This is the first time had such a bad experience I felt compelled to write a review. We hired Southern Touch at a cost of $29,000 for 7 days of tree removals, tree trimmings, garden plants removed, and some mulching. I was lead to believe from Alex that any time left over I(he expected at least to have about half a day of time left for each of the 2 adjoining properties) for additional work to be done. Because of all the equipment the extra time was shortened. The crew we had were very hard workers and I have no complaints with them. My complaints are with the owner, Alex. He puts on a great sales pitch about how goes above and beyond and does business making the customer happy but our experience was anything but. A lot of their equipment (stump grinder, boom truck, and a skid steer) broke down and the time lost kept other work from getting done. I was charged extra because he said he had to rent a crane but never got one when doing the job nor did he give any reduction of our cost and pocketed the savings for himself. The equipment leaked hydraulic oil all over the driveway, cracked the cement, broke a lot of the flower garden edging, and had sprinkler pipes tore out. The condition the property was left when the job was finished looks like a war zone. After multiple attempts to have Alex try to rectify them he said that clean up was not part of the job but he could come back if we payed for an extra days work. I showed him photos of a neighbor yard that had a tree and shrubs removed and the yard was cleaned but he said it's different for one tree than a lot of trees. A lot of lies and excuses. It's all about the money. He didn't take ownership for any of these issues and left us having to hire someone to clean the property, try to remove the oil stains, and repair the concrete, edging and pipes. My mistake was trusting and paying him before the problems were resolved. You will never get another job from me. Shame on you Alex!
