I've been back a few times since my initial review. They have had a change in staff and I've found that the current staff is much more patient and does a much better job than when I wrote my original review. You may have to wait at certain dates and times, but that's ok. As long as they take their time to do a complete hair removal for the places requested. read more

I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows "fixed" as the last time I got them done (waxed, by the way) the lady was rather careless. So, a friend recommended threading and I thought to give it a try although I hadn't had it done in years. Stumbled upon this place and am very grateful for what I've found. Firstly, I was able to receive a really cool discount ($5 for $10) just for being a first time customer. This coupon was redeemable right here on the Yelp App. Secondly, the customer service and check in process was very nice and organized. They had me check in at a computer with my name and phone number and then wait to be called, which only took about 2 minutes because they were wrapping up the last person as I walked in. The environment was warm and welcoming with soft music playing in the background and invitations to purchase really brilliant jewelry and nice sundresses which were placed neatly on shelves and racks along the wall. Lastly, I was called to the chair and asked so kindly, "what can I do for you?" I let her know I wanted my brows cleaned up and shaped and she knew right away what time it was. I let her know that I hadn't been in a while so she made sure to check in with me from time to time to make sure I was doing okay. Before I knew it, I was looking into the mirror, smiling at a brand new me. Check out was smooth and they wished me well. I'll most certainly return and recommend to everyone! If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had. I asked for a simple clean up and she completely reshaped my eyebrows in the worse way possible. Do yourself a favor and never come here. read more

Absolutely do not come here. I scheduled an appointment for 12:40, I waited until 1 when the only worker was finally done threading people. She then tells me that she needs to take her lunch so give her 5 minutes. At this point I'm very annoyed but I really needed to get waxed and didn't have time to go elsewhere. So I wait an additional 10 minutes for her to eat. Then we get started, she seemed like she wasn't sure of what she's doing. Big mistake on my part for not paying attention until the very end, but SHE WAS DOUBLE DIPPING THE WAX STICK IN THE WAX!! My skin started to crawl and I was done! Like how disgusting is that, the same stick that was just applied on my body back in the wax jar!! I went to go pay and it's an additional $25 from the $45 price that I booked my appointment for!!! If you're coming here for waxing service definitely don't waste your time! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

This was my first time to try this place. Walked in and was greeted with smiles. There's an iPad back in the corner to your immediate left where you can check in. I literally sat down in their waiting area for two minutes and was called to the chair. I told the technician that I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up but NOT thinned. She did what I asked and my eyebrows are beautiful! The only suggestion I have is that I wished the technician would've explained the process or told me what I should expect for the sensation. I was in and out within 15min. Pricing is great! My only wish is that I found this place sooner! I will be a returning customer! read more

I hate shaving... I am lazy I will not do it. And let's be honest, you have to do it everyday, and for what? Your hair only grows back thicker and darker. I called ahead and made an appointment, same day. The place is clean and the staff was nice when I was there. As I only wax, my leg hair only grows in super fine, and I can no longer use the stripless wax at European Wax Center. So the face that the esthetician did not go over some missed patches with tweezers did not really offend me (I just did it when I got home, no biggie). Here's the thing, with a student ID, you get 30% off of any waxing/threading service. That made my full leg appointment a whopping $24. If any of you know a better deal, please, enlighten me. They do have a few other locations, and it sounds like people have been having better experiences there, but mine was fine, and I still can't believe the price. I might try another location for comparison, but for my legs I'll go back. read more

I go to SOI brow once a month- and I will never stop coming here. The price is inexpensive- with a student ID I get my eyebrows threaded for $7 +3 for tip. All of the employees do a quick BUT a intricate job, they do exactly what you want. All the employees are super nice and thoughtful and always make sure to accommodate to your needs. read more

My mom and I were in the Mansfield area and decided to see if there was a threading place near by. I'm so happy we found SOI Brow Threading since I walked i was surprised of how cute the place was. I walked in and they asked me to check In on this touch screen computer and right away they attended me. I don't remember the ladies name of who did my eyebrows but she was constantly fixing my brows with a cotton that smelled really good. I was so surprised with the way she did my eyebrows seemed like the thread was thinner therefor making it not painful what so ever. When she finished she put aloe Vera. Just incase if it did hurt a little. I will be getting my eye brows threaded here every two weeks. I absolutely loved the way my eyebrows came out. read more

My last experience with threading was great. I didn't have to wait and she shaped my eyebrows so good. I love it. I have been waxing them but I wasn't happy with the result so thought let me get it threaded. For me waxing is way less painful than threading. Good place, my eyebrows do look good. However, the whole reason I switched to threading from waxing was because of my super sensitive skin. With waving, I would bleed everytime. I've been getting threaded for over a year now, but today was the first day I bled just a bit. I'm not necessarily holding it against them, she did a good job. Do not come here!!! I asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up and nothing more. I didn't ask to thin them out. My eyebrows are not the same shape and to top it off she told me she had to do it to make them the same shape. My eyebrows are not the same shape at all. I've gone to other SOI's and never had this problem. I really hope my eyebrows grow back quick. To top it off she made me pay full price for her mistake. I don't mind paying full price and giving a tip but this was ridiculous. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. read more
