It's ok... I like going to Grand Prairie location because the girl there is a little more friendly, has conversation with me, and overall a little more welcoming. I came in and the girl that was in here was not welcoming at all... I checked in, and another female came out. Glam India is my favorite local chain (I believe they now have 5 across the metro), and I wish I could treat myself to a visit much more often than I currently do. I've done regular eyebrow threading and tinting, henna, I did a lash lift once (I loved it, but won't do it again because it's scary having your eyes taped shut hahah), lash extensions once which looked great but I'm too lazy and poor to maintain them, and I've had a facial here before. That was really REALLY nice. They have so many services here, many many more than I've mentioned, and I just want to recommend them to any and everyone. I came here for a yelp event and it was awesome! I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in years so I thought this would be the perfect time to do it again. Rima did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. They were out of sorts since I let them grow out before coming and she made them look beautiful, clean, and frame my face. The aloe helped calm my skin calm afterwards. Threading is not painless but it is also way faster than plucking! The redness significantly reduced after an hour. Rima also did my henna and it is awesome. I left it on for 16 hours before picking it off gently. I slept with a tissue wrapped in bandage tape to avoid it getting caught on anything. See pictures for how it looked! My one and only suggestion is for them to improve the bathroom. I truly felt different after a walked out. It's amazing what a little eyebrow threading and henna can do for a mood boost! read more

I was here for a Yelp Event and it was such a nice place. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had, whether it was pricing or about henna care. Sooo I previously went to the Arlington and it was wonderful. I had no idea this location was pretty much within walking distance of where I live. I didn't call to make an appointment or try to book online. I was a walk-in. There was a client in the chair getting her eyebrows threaded and another on waiting.They did say that I could wait or schedule and appointment. I decided to wait since I had nothing to do. After each person they did sanitize the chair that was used and washed their hands. I inquired if the deal that was in Arlington could be used at this location and they did allow it. This service was equally amazing as the one in Arlington. I was able to sign up to receive text/email specials. So far there have been some really great specials. So if you live in the HEB area and need lashes, eyebrow threading, tinting, among other things you have to check them out. read more

The shop was small but technicians worked quickly and effectively. I went on a Saturday and there were three technicians. They had an even flow of customers that would do eyebrow threading and that took about 5 mins or less. I went in for lash lift, tint, and eye brow threading. Rima was my technician and she did an awesome job! It was my first time and she was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She even recommended me not to get a tint as my lashes were already dark and had she done it, it wouldn't really be much of a difference. Of course if I still wanted it, she said she would happily do it. I like how my brows and lashes turned out. Would definitely recommend and go again. They use a very strong glue and irritates your eyes and the lashes do not stay for two weeks. The first time they stayed close to two weeks. The second time they did not stay on but a couple of days. read more

By far the absolute worst, most incompetent "salon I have ever been to in my life I was lured in by the ratings. I'm not sure where to begin. I made an appointment arrived on time, and there was no process for people with appointments. It was just walkins first come first served. OK the lady who started my brows and clearly did not know what she was doing. Ended up with two people doing my brows ended up with three people doing my brows for a simple eyebrow tint.
