I thought it was a head massage but it was not. Although it was not what I expected, it was exactly what I needed. Over this past year, I have been going through a lot mentally and the Craniosacral Therapy really helped me release the stress and negativity I was bottling in. I cried a lot! When I walked out of that room, I felt extremely light as if I left all my stress in that room. Miranda was my therapist, and probably one of the best human beings I have ever met. She read my mind, she knew what I was feeling. She really helped me through my emotions. It was an incredible experience to work on my inner body. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful, beautifully decorated, and smells so good. The staff members are very pleasant. I did not get pushed into any commitment which kept the experience good for me. Looking over their services and packages, they're priced pretty reasonable compared to other local places. I had such a great experience I will come back often.

I almost asked if she was ok, then she came back to life and kept going. It was odd. Is that some energy healing modality? Products for sale were very scented, which I am sensitive to but massage used scent free products. Thank you. That should have been my "cue" to leave but she already had taken my money and walked to the room area. Another Asian lady came to my room and said laid there which I did, no oil, no nothing start her massage which her main focus was gluts and inner tight in which I said I prefer shoulder and back. She laughed and kept doing her own thing. About 10 minutes I to the massage I moans coming from the room next door that was my final cue to put my clothes and leave the spa.. Most massage places don't offer a table shower. But this is a great way to end your massage because you can wash all the oil they used off at the end.
