We had a little bit of exchange of information and she took me to the room where the procedure took place. There was very little information shared on how the procedure would go. I did share with her that I had had a bad experience in the past somewhere else. When the procedure started, I asked her if anything was coming out and she told me I needed to be patient. Fair enough. Five minutes into the procedure she receives a phone call that she says she has to take. It turns out to be an appointment for a conference call with people from her child's school and she tells me she needs to take it, but that they can't see me. She was on the call on speaker for about 10 minutes and then continue to work on me. She massaged my stomach with hot stones. She went very hard and very deep to the point that I Now feel bruised internally. Another half an hour and she receives another phone call this time an appointment with her personal doctor and yes, another conference call to discuss her Zepbound dosing. In spite of these two phone calls interrupting our sessions she Was very unapologetic and just said "life happens" both times. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. I had booked Three sessions and asked her for a refund on the other two since I didn't feel this was a good experience especially since I feel my stomach bruised and I had extreme and painful gas after the session. She's been very gracious about the refund. When I went to pick up the money, she told me she didn't realize she had gone so deep. I wanted to tell her that she probably didn't notice cause she was so distracted with her conference calls.
