They're all unique and have their own vibe so it's great to tailor to the different types of yogis in the community. Very good at tailoring to those at all levels. The room is smaller than some of the other yogasix studios locally, but it feels a lot nicer of a community. They have special events occasionally that are included with just attending the studio and also workshops you can pay extra for. Members always get a discount on merch and workshops. Cute clothes and quality mats! I have to stoo myself from buying things on sale, and there's always a sales rack. Really fun community. I only wish I was able to attend more often but even with a busy work schedule they have class times that are flexible with and support that. Doona is extremely knowledgable and she can guide you through various yoga poses and explain the benefit of each pose in detail and what are the benefit of each pose is and show you how the poses can be done correctly. It is really hard for any instructor to correct your mistakes in group classes and by doing one on one with Doona, the yoga practitioner can really understand the purpose of the yoga workout and to fine tune his/her practice. The grace she showed me when my body wouldn't cooperate due to the stored trauma really was so impressionable. I hope I get to see her around in the future. Keri is also a rockstar and beast - she teaches multiple classes in a day and just has such a vibrant personality. I drive an hour round trip for this studio because love the flow, pace, and heat of this class. It's honestly a god send for my mental health and physical health.

It felt so good to sweat all the toxins out. It's so spacious inside and our instructor would open the doors to let the cool air come in.
