After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Long story short the repair wasn't done correctly and the dryer vent was never hooked back up right! The dryer vent was just laying up in the attic and created moisture which caused water damage and black mold. Now the HOA wants me to pay for the restoration fees. Farmers won't cover a thing because I was supposedly supposed to see through the walls with my x-ray vision to notice the problem ahead of time. They told me it was existing and covered nothing. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to helping you they don't. Go a different direction with your coverage.
