    Tostada

Food: I ordered beef tostada and beef fajitas which was very delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful with peppers, and onions. They give you 4 tortillas to make into your own little tacos. The rice was moist and flavored accordingly and the toppings like the fried bean and guacamole was good. Sour cream was bit watery and the tostada does get soggy with all the toppings on the top but nonetheless still good. Tres leche is pretty sweet and I recommend eating it refrigerated Service: Food was made quickly and they made sure I had everything Ambiance: it's a lot smaller inside like perhaps 6 people can sit and there some outdoor seating but not much to work with. Location accommodation: Parking is side street parking and it's in a corner of a one ways street so be careful if parking over there.

Amazing vegan and non-vegan Mexican food and super friendly service in a really nice warm atmosphere. Just the fact that they have a whole vegan menu makes it a must visit for plant based eaters in Central Mass! Definitely going back over and over again :)

Stopped by during a walk this afternoon and found this gem. Although small, the atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming. The service was quick and kind. Everything from our chicken nachos and veggie tostadas to our main course of enchiladas and a shrimp burrito were bursting with flavor. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced for the quality of authenticity and ingredients. They deserve the continuous flow of customers I saw coming in for the hour or so I dined.

Love having this spot right down the street. The owner is so sweet and having a vegan option when I'm not in the mood to cook Is awesome. The char on the burrito is perfect. The burritos are huge and yummy. I love that they have vegan cheese ( it's not on the burrito in the picture, I think they forgot and didn't hear me) but I've had it before and loved it. They even took my order right before closing time which means a lot.

This place is so good, they have a really good deal where you can get 3 different types of tacos and 2 sides (rice and beans) and salsa with chips for $13. Along with the delicious food, they also have Mexican Coca-Cola (my favorite since it's made with REAL and PURE sugar. There was only one lady working there (the owner of the restaurant). The food was amazing. We'll definitely go back here for Mexican take-out! There's no A/C, which is why I gave it 4 stars. The art on the walls are beautiful.

Me and my coworkers ordered takeout from here, the place itself is a cute whole in the wall but little seating. I would recommend takeout over eating in the restaurant. The website itself is a little confusing, my coworker was confused on the extra ingredients for the burritos and ended up with a plain chicken and rice burrito. Overall good place but better places in Worcester.

This place is soooooo good!! Stumbled upon on a quick trip to Worcester and we were very happy. Moved to MA from CA and even with all the amazing Mexican restaurants in California and Cabo that we have been to this one tops them all. We had tortilla soup, enchiladas and fish tacos. The unique flavors and freshness was a very welcome change!!! Keep up the good work!

Sol of Mexico delivers. Great food and homely service. It's counter service with a small amount of seating so it may be hard to find seating if you're with a large group. But it's worth it to come in. The food is good. Filling. Veggie tacos and rice and beans. I did not know there would be cheese on the beans as I am dairy free, so something to note. But it was delicious. Definitely worth checking out.

First time I came here was about 3 years ago. It was a humble, little corner restaurant with really good tacos. For whatever reason life has, I hadn't since returned until tonight. Quite optimistic about my re-visit, I ordered a chicken burrito with sour cream, no guac available tonight, which was a bit of a bummer because I also like chips and guac. The lady over the phone suggests the pico de gallo instead, which I tend to enjoy, so I chose that. Service is friendly enough but I had to charge my card twice due to cashier forgetting to ring me up for the chips. No coke available either, but understandable, considering they offer Mexican coke. I went with the Mexican Sprite. Now, I'm eating the pico de gallo, which was yummy however, as you can see below, I got a little something extra along with it. Dis-gus-ting. I tried to not let it completely ruin the meal, although paranoid about finding another hair is not how I like to spend mine. It does not help that you cannot even peek into the kitchen if you tried. Just disappointed. I understand the hustle but there's some things you don't let customers deal with.

She remembered everyone's orders (without writing anything down) except my daughter's (ordered a cheese quesadilla & got grilled cheese). I didn't say anything because it was a 50/50 of her eating it anyway. We got the baby chimichangas for an app & they were pretty good! My husband enjoyed his enchilada meal and I loved my crispy chicken salad. The avocado on my salad was fresh & abundant & the fresh bacon was a nice addition, too. The portions were large and I left full. There were 7 of us eating and it seems they brought food out as it was made which meant no one's meal got cold. We would rather be served that way anyway. The only complaint was at the end of the meal, we declined dessert & asked for the check but the waitress disappeared. We didn't get the check for a long time, which would have been fine if the table was only adults. But we had two kids who were turning into pumpkins. Overall, I'd definitely go back and maybe try an alcoholic drink.

They also have happy hour specials (4pm to7pm) and Taco Tuesday ($20 AYCE in a 60 minute time frame). The place has a modern dining atmosphere with tables & booth seating and seating up at tte full service bar with flatscreen TV. The background music is very loud. I stopped by Mexitown for a late evening dinner, just after 9pm when on-street parking becomes free. The place wasn't too busy on a Thursday night and I was able to seat myself at an open table. There are QR codes at each table to scan for menu. The server brought out a glass of ice water and I placed my order for the Tacos (Chicken) Al Pastor ($20 plus tax) with rice & beans, which was served in 10 minutes. The 3 soft shell corn tortillas were filled with tender grilled marinated strips of pastor chicken & diced pinapple, pico de gallo & sour cream on the side. The Mexican rice was very soft with traces of peas and green beans. The beans had a salty flavor. After I was done, I requested the check which was $21.40 with tax and before tip. Overall, the tacos were pretty good tasting, but also having lettuce & cheese on the tacos would've been great. If I was hungry, I would've ordered the churros rellenos for dessert. The service here was adequate with one server taking care of three tables. I would give this place another visit to try out other food on the menu like cerviche, enchiladas, and fajitas.

I know that avocado is expensive, but the guacamole was $18.95 and took almost 45 minutes. There were 8 people in the entire place. We waited forever for our second drink because one of the other parties ordered a drink they couldn't find the PARTS FOR! Sounds a little crazy. Ended up going to ruby doos across the street. 15/10 and half the price.

I ordered the steak and chicken combo, and I'm pretty sure they didn't bring it out on a plate--they brought it out on a tectonic plate. The sizzle was so loud I had to use hand signals to communicate with my date for the first three minutes. I felt like a celebrity entering a press conference, except instead of camera flashes, I was being blinded by delicious, onion-scented steam. The fajitas are phenomenal. The meat was so tender I'm convinced the chef sings it lullabies before it hits the grill. The Margarita Situation Then, let's talk about the Margaritas. I don't know what kind of structural engineering goes into these things, but they absolutely rock. Size: Somewhere between "Large" and "Fishbowl." Potency: One sip and I forgot my middle name; two sips and I was ready to audition for a Mariachi band. Taste: Perfectly balanced. Not that neon-green syrup you find at the grocery store, but the real deal. The Verdict By the time I finished, I was 40% salsa and 60% fajita by body weight. If you see someone rolling down Lincoln Street like a human burrito later tonight, mind your business--that's just me living my best life. Pro Tip: Wear your "eating pants" (the ones with the elastic waistband). You're going to need the extra room.
