This place usually does a great job on my nails, good customer service, etc. Today however, while starting on my nails for a gel manicure my cuticles were absolutely destroyed with one finger that continued to bleed after being cut. This wasn't acknowledged or apologized for, I ended up leaving before they even started with polish. In addition to that my nails are all different lengths and I'm left with cut cuticle beds and sore fingers. Will not be coming back. read more

First time visiting this salon, they were able to get me in right away with a walk in!The owner was super nice and friendly. The pedicure was great! The techs who did my pedicure and nails were different. I got dip nails as well, and the lady was a little rough, grabbing my hands and roughly pulling them towards her. I'm not sure how long they will last, she only did two dip coats of the color and no top clear layer and the gel top coat is starting to flake in the corner of one nail (it's been 4 days), and they feel very thin. However, I don't think it's the salon because I saw at least 4 other people who were having their nails done and they all looked fabulous! I will definitely give the salon another try, and maybe just go for a different tech! read more

They are nice, but sometimes it feels so rushed. I really liked it here the first couple times, pedicure was well done. Leg massage was nice. The more I went the worse it got. The leg massage has been nearly non existent and I feel rushed out even with no one waiting. Because it felt clean and friendly I will give them another go, but please slow down! I know it seems to be a regular thing at salons lately but rushing people in and out maybe gets more people done that day, but generally doesn't bring them back. Quality over quantity. read more

I stopped in while in a hurry. Big mistake. The man that did my nails did not know how to put on tips. They had like 50 dip colors only. There was absolutely no atmosphere (no music or even tv)) whatsoever. They seemed annoyed I was even there. I've been getting my nails done for 30 years and these were the worst. Oh how I enjoy pedicure time. What makes it even better is when my fur baby Samba joins me- I don't know which one of us favors the percussion mode on the massage chair more. Have you ever seen a rescue chihuahua mix mutt enjoying a massage? Oh my, it just gives me all the feels to see her so happy and pampered. Jessica welcomed us both today and oh man does she give that massage chair a run for its money- not like the chair is running for money, but you know. She's good! Her leg and foot massage was long-lasting, thorough, and better than one I'd get in a specialty massage location. I believe a lot of the nails techs are great here. However I got stuck with a not so great one. She didn't speak any English, which is fine she just had a very hard time communicating with me and understanding what I want. She was taking my cuticles off and made me bleed pretty bad, granted I have had this happen before but not this bad. My nail would not stop bleeding, she then put glue on it to stop it and never addressed it or apologized. I had to pay full price and didn't realize how bad it was till I left. Honestly I'm pretty upset about the whole situation and having to pay $35 and possibly get an infection. read more

When I'm twice, once for nails and once for eye brows. I was disappointed both times. The older staff in the salon are sweet and I'm sure they mean well but lack technique. The lady that waxed my eye brows laid down two strips for each brow and said she was done. She didn't use tweezers or scissors to shape them and I had to tell her to wax the middle read more

I have really, really mixed reviews about this place. I'm just going to go with the pros and cons here. PROS: Their pricing is good. I paid $35 for a full set, white tips, and manicure. And the hand massage was one of the more thorough hand massages I've had from a manicure in the area. Their service was relatively quick. My hands were in a bad, bad place and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time from the services completed. The salon itself is mostly clean. It could use more air flow so the acrylic fumes don't bother other patrons, but they don't bother me. They have a pretty great reward program with a stamp card - $25 off your 11th visit. Tons of gel colors to pick from, including cat eye and chrome colors. I stuck with basic white tips, but the lady next to me got the cat eye and seemed to really love it. Despite the rough manicure (mentioned below), my white tips turned out really great; they're neat, clean, well shaped, uniform, and she worked around a mess up I had regarding full color or white tip nails. CONS: My manicurist may have been new, but it was certainly one of the more rough manicures I had. Could have been how bad my nails were, could have been she was newer, could have been that's her style. She was sweet, and I'm not one for small talk during manicures anyway, but a few times I had to pull my hand away. Mentioned above, but could have used more air flow. One of their more obvious guests continued to cough repeatedly when the acrylic fumes started flowing, but I'm going to chalk it up to her being rude anyway. Overall, I'll come back. Interested to try out their pedicures next, but currently enjoying my full set at a good price. read more

This salon is very clean. They have liners for pedicure and even plastic covers for manicure bowls. Their scrubs are one time use and that's a plus for me. My nail tech, Jessica, was fast and nice. I only have an hour, and she was able to do my pedi and shellac mani on time. They looked awesome. Her massage was amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I will be back. Love it! read more
