I have been coming here for years now and needed to leave a review. They get busy so I advise making an appointment. Their pedicures are fantastic. But their nail flame is on point. I'm always anxious going to a new nail salon, but Net Nails is now my go to! I always feel comfortable there. The price and service is great too! I got a regular polish pedicure a couple weeks before my trip to Florida and I do not understand how it has not chipped despite being on the beach. Got these Halloween nails done today and was very impressed by the care the tech took on the design. I would recommend them!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience! The place seemed chaotic. Within 2 hrs of leaving the salon my nails chipped. I just won't return.

Got my nails done yesterday at Net Nails. I'm 9 months pregnant and decided to treat myself before baby comes! Everyone was very nice and they helped me quickly even though I was a walk-in. I got a pedicure and a French gel manicure -- I get nostalgic as an 80s baby -- Don't judge. So far the manicure looks good -- we'll see how it holds up :)

The first time I came here I left with my fingers bleeding, I decided to try again considering it has a pretty good rating. I again left disappointed the lady was rushing and the polish was on my toes and some of my nails weren't even fully painted. read more

Unfortunately, I'm not sure this will be the go to place. 15 min for a new gel manicure and chipping the 2nd day isn't exactly what I'd expect from a $35 charge. Super unfortunate since it's locally in a great spot for customers. read more

I was going there for a year or so then they sold it. New staff/nail techs are friendly and do a great job! I did try a place closer to me but the man at the front desk was rude to the customers. So I'll gladly drive the few extra mile to go to Net Nails! read more

I LOVE this place! My best friend and I discovered them last year and we will never go anywhere else. Everyone who's serviced us has been amazing and kind and their work is exceptional. The shop is a little smaller then expected but seemed clean and updated. The lady who did my nails was fast and made them look amazing! I always try different mail places and I just absolutely hate when they use the same buffer on me as everyone else it's disgusting. Frenchies or The Nest are the only nail salons that do not use the same items on everyone else. Mail salon owners have to do better. Cleanliness should not be taken lightly . I caught a fungus on my toenail from places like this that use the same nail file and buffer on every client. read more

I first came here in about September and got ombré almond shape extensions, which were absolutely perfect and the artist clearly took pride in her work and didn't rush it. They lasted about 3 weeks which was amazing. However I came back in late October and got the same exact thing, and they were lopsided, the dip powder was clumpy, shaped weird, the ombré was messy, and overall the artist didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. One of the nails also snapped only after two days. He also kept telling me to relax even though my hand was as relaxed as I could get it to be. I just wasn't happy with them at all and I decided I would go back in a few days later to see if there was anything that could be done. Several employees came over wanting to understand the situation which made me feel cared for. What seemed to be the owner took me over to her station and replaced the snapped nail and reshaped the other ones, and then offered to fix the ombré on all of them for free. This was much more than I expected and was a very generous offer, and she put a lot of effort in to make them look much better! Hopefully that was a one time mistake, I will be coming back in the future I've attached photos of the nails before and the nails after she fixed them read more

Scheduled an appointment last minute and they were able to fit me in an hour after I called. (Called at 5pm they had me in at 6pm) I got a full set mani and a gel pedi, both with design. Jenny and T were so sweet! Jenny took her time making sure the design on my big toes were nice and neat. T worked on my nails as Jenny work on my feet. They stayed an hour after close because T wanted to make sure that I loved my nails (spoiler: I do!!!). She consulted me every step of the way and made me feel special. 10/10 definitely recommend!!! read more

I have been going to Net Nails for quite some time but every time I ask to make an appointment without specifying a particular person, I always feel that I am paired with the least experienced nail tech. When I went in today, they didn't have the first 3 colors I asked for, the tech used the drill so much that it burned me multiple times, she cut my nails too short and was unable to do the oval shape that I asked for, and my nails were so uneven that I needed to take the file and fix it myself. It took an hour and a half for her to do a simple dip manicure and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I don't think I'll be going back. read more

I have been to Net Nails twice now. They were able to fit me in for a pedicure the day of. The salon is relatively clean, and they use pre-cleaned, packaged tools. The price is reasonable l, too. The nail colors in the case do not match the actual colors, when you give them the color number. I did ask the technician not to cut my nails a certain way, but she still did. I had to ask her several times not to, as she continued to not be other foot. read more

She should be ashamed but this is actually her SECOND time scamming a business. I think jail time is appropriate now. What could improve yelp asks? Treat employees fairly, don't play favorites. Don't take away services that I sold, and try and let someone who hasn't even taken the approved course or doesn't have a certification do the service just cause they're your buddy or you're trying to promote them. Don't take away a client that I obviously make them happy and upgrade, then give them to someone else. that's how you lose clients and you then have to shut the doors. You can't just shuffle clients around whenever you want to. That's Spa basics 101 and how clients get upset. But oh yeah, you're a narcissist so you don't have feelings and you don't care, that that's why no one's paid and left jobless. Oh, and next time buy real machines that actually work so people come back. Then take advice from real licensed professionals. You obviously didn't care about people skin.

Arrived at my appt early, filled out forms & waited til 20mins after the hour til I was brought back. My 90 min massage was, out of the blue, reduced to 60 mins. They offered no apologies, didn't try to make it right. On top of all this you will not ever get a human on the phone. They use AI at a place that's in the human touch business The WORST. Go to an independent massage therapist. This place will only increase your stress or discomfort This place absolutely sucks. Bare minimum. You have to spend extra $$ to get anything that's commonly done at other self-care places

She took pictures of my stands and body and showed me all my trouble areas before she started to work on me. In less than 30 minutes she was able to relax all my muscles. This is so hard to explain but before arriving to Kelly a lot of emotional stresses build up. Kelly was able to tell me I had a lot of angry emotions store in my body and put light pressure Kelly called it "this is your Joy" and asked how my chest felt. In a few seconds I felt my chest open up, didn't feel angry no more I honestly almost teared up. Just GO see her!

Moving around the room, he was opening drawers hard and sitting down hard. By the end, I asked if he wouldn't mind slowing down as he was rubbing my next and it was making me anxious he was going so fast! I'm not an anxious person. I thought I could maybe relax the stressful massage off in the steam room, but as I mentioned above, it was off. The real ugly: The final insult to injury - 18% service charge plus gratuity. Total cost - $323 for just barely 80 minutes of a sometimes painful, ultimately stressful massage. The front desk was uninterested in my experience. I hate leaving bad reviews, but save your money massage and/or spa lovers!

PLEASE READ!! the most polite people ever!! As someone else mentioned, they do take their time doing their nails, but for me it just showed how much they care about their costumers. I originally had made an appointment for a full set and a regular mani for my mom. We ended up switching it to both full sets which was not cool on our part especially since it was about an hour until they closed. At any other nail salon, it would be obvious that the mail tech would be rude and upset, but the nail tech Nina was sooo incredibly kind and even though you can tell it was frustrating for her at first, she cared for my mom like no other. She was kind, patient, and didn't rush. She took her time (even though they were about to close). They care soo much about your nails and literally every single worker was kind. It was my first time in and I will 100% go back. I am not exaggerating when I say I have never been to a more kind and respectful salon. They genuinely care about their costumers. My nail tech was Eric. He was extremely kind and gave me exactly what I wanted. He asked how I was doing and you can tell he has tons of experience. Again, he took his time even though they had a busy day and were probably so tired and had a home and families to go to. He went through to make sure my nails were perfect and asked a couple times if I liked it to reassure I did. Absolutely amazing people! I only had experience with Nina and Eric because it was our first time, but I can guarantee every employee is kind and great at their job! I saw another lady leave super pleased with her nail tech too. PLEASE consider this place if you're looking for a new nail Salon to go to. This salon proves that there are kind people in this world. I have been going to Net Nails for many years and it's always fabulous. I've seen the few negative reviews and honestly don't get it as I have never had a bad experience. I get shellac pedis monthly and have recently started doing the dip powder and my nails always last for long time. It's a super clean, chill atmosphere. The staffs are very nice and friendly.. I had the best time at Wow Nails! Everyone was very friendly and worked hard to keep the traditional nail salon feel, even with Covid. The nails were done perfectly and I only brought in a picture to base it all off of. Great experience and I can't wait to come back soon! read more
