I went here in 2022/23 about 4-5x and for the most part did not have a problem. Wasn't 5 star, but good enough bc it was close to me. The last 2x I have had a VERY bad experience. The ladies doing my manicure and pedicure were extremely rude and rushed. Specifically the lady doing my pedicure kept forcefully and angrily moving my legs bc they weren't exactly in the spot she wanted. I was trying to work w/her and literally not slipping or moving after she moved them. I kept saying I'm not sure what you want me to do? You keep moving my legs and feet over and over again, even though I'm not moving from where you placed them. She cont to angrily move them as if it I wasn't cooperating. She did this over a dozen x. She had a nasty look on her face and started obviously speaking about me to the other workers in Vietnamese and looking at her watch. The pedicure was extremely rushed and done very spastically and was not an enjoyable experience AT ALL. This was extremely upsetting bc I am a mom and I very rarely have the luxury to do this. The water was also extremely hot and even when she adjusted it, it was still hot, but I just dealt w/it. When I was choosing my nail polish color, I was given barely any time to pick the color I wanted. Lastly, the lady doing my manicure started doing it in the middle of my pedicure so I could not relax in the slightest. She also kept pulling my hand twd her. I was trying to sit there, close my eyes and relax w/ the massage chair and/or play a game on my phone. I told her several x please do not do my manicure the same time as my pedicure bc I could not relax. They were annoyed by this and finally, I got her to stop and wait till I was done with my lovely pedicure. The job done on my toes at the end was just ok I guess but the manicure was very sloppy and lumpy, she did not take her time to do my cuticles properly nor file my nails on the tops and sides. In the end I regret I did tip bc I just have a hard time not doing this but, I will never ever go back there again and I highly recommend that you do not as well! read more

my appointment took forever because she couldn't figure out how to do. My nails had to ask other people how to do it. They looked terrible the first time so we had to redo it, but they still look bad still charged a lot. Cut me multiple times my appointment was 2 1/2 hours long. Do not come here. read more

I went here a year ago to get a fill for my acrylic set. The young man did an alright job but he glued the skin of my thumb to the nail and it got infected. When I went back, the woman who did the next fill said I hit my thumb, that it wasn't infected. My doctor confined it was infected and I bad to take the set completely off to let my nails heal. A year later (yesterday), I went in to get a full set put on. I told them "do you have time for a full set acrylic?" They said "yes yes!" And had me sit with this young man again. So I gave him another chance. I showed him the picture of the shape and size I wanted (attached here) and halfway through I realized he WASN'T giving me what I wanted but I thought okay, I'll try this. I left disappointed and then, this morning, my ring finger was bleeding. WILL NOT GO BACK. FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU. FOOL ME TWICE... EXTREMELY Questionable HYGIENE and products used!!!!! This 'Nail Salon' does lashes and nails. The extension material (the glue) is outdated and has a strong pungent odor. This along with unwashed hands and poor hygiene has caused a horrible eye infection according to my Ophthalmologist. This is presently being reported to the Health Department. This has occurred with four of us that I am aware of so far. Hopefully this unsanitary salon will be closed down. If there was a ZERO rating, then it would have been chosen. read more

This is my favorite nail salon in the Littleton area hands down. The technicians take their time to assure that your nails are flawless and exactly to your liking. The ladies are always polite and start good convos. I never feel like I'm being talked about in another language (which I'm sure some ladies can relate to). Whatever I go there for, wether it be a simple polish or fancy acrylics they never disappoint me. There is one technician though that I'm aware of, she simply just does not do a good job at anything. :x I've had her 3 times and she either has no name tag or a shirt with a name X'd out on it. But she has cracked my nails severely then not fixed them, she never puts my uv coat on, and she has "her own way" of doing nails. I haven't seen her in a while. But other than her all the ladies here do a FANTASTIC job. They're prices are rather decent as well. I've been here countless times and only have one woman's name memorized (shame on me) but it's Cindy! And she is my favorite! Also there is a lady who works right behind the sign in desk and her work is fascinating and over the top! There is one man, he takes his time, and I mean he takes A LOT of time. Over an hour just for a rebase, BUT he is extremely thorough and throws in free designs sometimes. I'll update with names at another time haha! Do NOT come here if you're at all nervous or cautious about COVID. They are allowing far more than 10 people on, there is no social distancing, there were customers not wearing masks, and the nail tech didn't wear gloves while doing my manicure. I'm genuinely disgusted in the lack of caring by this place. I went in to get my lashes done about 3 days ago and today I can barely open my eye. it feel like I got punched in it and it's hard to see. Not to sure how to post a photo or else I would. I have been going there for years for my nails and my middle finger is always crooked. It was over $150 for my lashes. SO NOT WORTH IT! Sometimes this shop is unpredictable, depending on the nail tech you get. I got a guy tech today and he was awesome! He was able to communicate clearly and did a great job on my nails. One thing I like about this salon is that you can walk in and they will always take you. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. They have these great chairs that massage and are awesome! Unfortunately, I had a pretty crappy experience here. The chair I sat in for my pedicure didn't work. The massagers do not turn on anymore. The pedicure was just "meh". The nail technician barely spoke and when she did she seemed indifferent. Not flat out rude but just not what I'm used to. My pedicure looks okay but the big toe on my right foot looks bad. Onto the manicure...it's sloppy. She got polish all over and she def. isn't a perfectionist. The lines on one of my designs are not even. In the past, other salons will make sure it looks good even if that means repainting the finger nail. Nope. I went there Friday, May 15th. One lady was available and she took me in for a manicure and an eyebrow wax. About 3 mins after taking me, her 1100 appt walked in. She told her she would hurry and boy did she! By Sunday (2 days later) you could see she did not even cut my cuticles. Today, Tuesday, I still have scabs from the eyebrow wax. Which she did way TOO THIN btw. So upset, I spent good money for really poor service. read more

The nail tech filed my skin while filling my toes hurt like heck. She shoved my feet through my sandals and stuffed a toe seperater between my toes. The polish applied was lumpy and all over my skin. I approached her about my skin having black polish and the lumpy polish job. She said the lumpiness wouldn't go away, if she repolished it and the nail polish stained my toes. I've never had an issue with black polish staining my skin ever. I can't believe I paid for this horrible experience and no accountability taken on her end. read more

I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the salon. None of the nail techs keep their tools in cleaning solution. My nail tech's finger nails were horribly dirty.
