This was problematic as I am eligible for a tax credit. Because of the incorrect name, they could not revise my property tax bill. I was advised to pay the incorrect amount under the old property owners name and I would eventually get a credit back for the amount I over paid. I was not happy but I did it. Almost 10 months went by from my purchase date, and they finally corrected the name, but have still not adjusted the property tax due, and cannot find the two emails I sent to them with the completed paperwork for the exemption. They have further stated that I might need to continue paying the incorrect property tax, because they have not processed anything. Glenn Zook, the Assessor recording leaves a very nice voice mail message about his staff providing excellent customer service. I beg to differ and would love to have a conversation about their customer service.

A note about the computers/laptops - they are in good used condition, but have been "wiped" of all programming and would require purchasing new software that would normally be included in new computers. If you're looking for office supplies like I was today, stop in here for awesome deals on many gently used things. Cute but had a terrible attitude when It was…read moretime for my number to be called the speaker and tv system didn't announce it, so he called it and I went over to his desk thinking I needed to see him before going over to the window, thought it was routine, yet he stares at me when I told him that was my number, he then says "ok" and I ask him where do I go he points at the screen in a very rude and authoritarian voice "look at the screen" which I did and just walked away, once seated with the person that helped me things got way better, she was super nice and thanked me for asking how her day was, bet they don't hear that often therefore I try to be nice to all public and government officials, yet I got an entitled security who takes his job way too seriously and definitely didn't want to be there, sad but a reality when they feel they are above you because of the place they work at, hope his days are better for him and being kind and personable doesn't hurt.
