Only mowed. Other services edge/trim, sweep, clean the area, etc. The worst part? No shows! When they didn't show after the second time servicing out lawns, I contacted Paul. Excuse? New scheduler. Asked for a second chance. I gave it. rescheduled for 9AM this past Friday (April 17). Again, NO SHOW! Tried to contact...again. Voicemail. Voicemail box is full, can't leave a message. Texted. No response. Emailed. No response. In some of the text conversations he called me Bob....that's not my name so he must not know who his customers are and where they live. The email with this conversation was a reply to the invoice he sent for a previous service so he should have known who he was communicating with! Oh, BTW, it is extremely difficult to pay in cash. He prefers paying digitally (Venmo, Paypal, etc). I am not one who likes this as we have been hacked through these accounts and prefer to NOT expose my banking information...too easy for it to end up on the dark web and scammer sites. BASIC POINT/COMPLAINT~~UNRELIABLE. If I have to pay a little more to get good reliable, professional service, then so be it.

(Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. On an interesting note, Wilcio was born in Haiti, has an American wife from Tennessee AND has been here for 10 years. He speaks three languages (French, English, and Creole ). He is a family man with several children, and works two jobs. I highly recommend Wilcio and will not hesitate to contact him in the future. This is a business worth supporting!
