The court documents just show the amount of lawyer tricks they pulled to prevent a trial to determine damages. All his lawyers did was prevent us from having a real trial ,as the first judge in small claims court did not even know what is ice shield and recommended a higher court which they succeeded in preventing. Looking at the pictures it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the leaks were caused by the holes they drilled in the roof. The only independent inspection determined that the cause of the leakes was due to Buffalo Solar faulty engineering, which is why they worked so hard to prevent a trial. Bottom line is his warranty is worthless the homeowner is stuck paying for the damages they cause . Again, there were not any leaks where the panels were placed before hand and only after first substantial snow fall did leaks start .

Called MJM Sunday afternoon, they called back Monday morning, and we had someone on Tuesday at noon. They sent Tim out, who was awesome. Came in, gave it 2 looks, said he had to go back and get some supplies, and came back and banged it out - whole thing took maybe an hour. I didn't really care too much about cost at that point because my son was home from the hospital so the nursery was out of commission for the first day he was home but it was super reasonable to get fixed. Like to the point where i should have just called them to hang it originally. Plus there's some peace of mind from having a pro do it. Will definitely call MJM if I need electrical work in the future.

When I went back to the property 3 days later I found out the electric had been shut off! Which in turn shut off our boilers for heat, and it was 40* in the house! When I called the electric company to get it turned back on the told me Twin City hadn't had their work inspected from the town so we could not get it turned back on. I called the owner Mike Friday and Saturday with NO response, finally on Sunday when I left and irate voicemail he called back and came to the house and said it was an oversight by his office... instead of appropriately fixing the problem, he ILLEGALLY cut off the lock out tag from National Grid, and asked us to keep it quiet. We had over $5500.00 in damages that our insurance claim denied because the service had been turned off due to the negligence of Mike Murphy and his company. While we were doing repairs and working with our insurance, Mr Murphy claimed it was his error, asked our deductible so he could cover it and said if insurance denied our claim he would work it out with us. Once we let him rectify the illegal work he did and get the town inspection, we never heard from him again. Our attorney sent him a letter with the charges and he is now claiming WE were responsible for the inspection! I understand it was an oversight not to get the inspection done, but it was his responsibility and that caused major damage at our property! He is untruthful, unethical, and we will be moving forward with a lawsuit. I hope his conscious will kick in and he will rectify the situation!
