That never happened. They insisted my ductwork was too small and came and put bigger ductwork in. It did not solve the problem as the temperature went up outside. The temperature went up in the house. The air-conditioning was running all day long never shut off. After seven years, the air-conditioning blew the oil i'll cover which I was told by a reputable company because it was too small. That's why that happened. I fought with them. They refused to put a bigger one in. I would never hire them ever again. They do what they wanna do and want you to pay for it. Air conditioner lasted 7 years and I had a 5-year warranty and I paid good money for it and I received junk. They need to listen to the customer and give the customer what they're paying for and what they want and stop arguing with the customer

After feeling like it was a giant sales pitch, and pressure to get a whole new system from the start, the tech replaced the contactor switch and said it may or may not work, we'd have to wait and see. By the next day, still nothing. I felt kind of bamboozled by the first company so I contacted a trusted friend who has done a lot of work on my house and my parents house. Shout out to Two Ells! Without hesitation Brian sent me Zach's number and highly recommended him. I called on a Friday night at almost 8pm, left a message and Zach called me right back! He came out early the next morning- a Saturday! Assessed everything and found the other tech put in the wrong part. Zach put in the right part, added coolant and everything was working immediately! We couldn't have been happier with the prompt attention, competence and honesty from Zach. He explained everything to me and we had a nice chat while he was working. Our furnace was 20 years old, and the fan died due to a burned-out circuit board. Further inspection of the removed furnace revealed more extensive damage... it was due for a replacement. We were able to get an appointment for with in the week. the technician Chad arrived within the scheduled window. Chad was courteous and professional. He explained our system to us, showed us what the various parts were, cleaned off a few things and we were good to go. This week we had him come back to do a check and maintenance on our AC unit. The unit is 16 years old. The outside unit had solenoid unit that was corroded. He showed us and we had him replace it. He had the part on the truck and just took a short time. We are very happy with the work Chad did and the responsiveness of Twin Air Heating & Cooling.
