When I went to retrieve my car I noticed a scuff mark on the passenger side front I'd never seen before and it was definitely recent.. I went back into the shop and said Fellas we have a problem.. They let me look at the camera footage and sure enough, I had the Scuff on the car before dropping it off. They were very patient with me while we waited to pull up the correct time.. I've only driven the car a hand full of times since I got it and I'm glad to leave Howard's knowing they went above and beyond to make me feel better about their business.. After he finished my car he stated that if I knew anyone else needing work done to have them give him a call and I let him know I already had planned on bringing him my boyfriend's car. my daughters birthday was the end of last month and I offered to get her windows done on her new car and spoke highly about his work so she agreed. So I reached out to get a price but after 2 days without a response I went back on yelp and requested a quote through there. Finally he responded with a quote but it was way higher than it should have been, $100 more than what he charged me to do my car and my daughter's car has half the windows of mine. Jacking up the price to make it unappealing isn't the way to do business, I honestly believe it's because I'm white and it made him uncomfortable. That's his chip to carry, I had 3 jobs lined up to send him but gonna start looking for someone else.
