I took my truck to Tennessee Window Tint to get the front windows and visor strip tinted. 1. They were very knowledgeable about their products and were also able to provide good care advice for window tint (using mild soap and water instead of ammonia-based products like Windex). 2. Staff was friendly and didn't come across as rude in any form. 3. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and they didn't get started until about noon. Not a huge deal, I didn't have anywhere I had to immediately be anyway, plus I noticed they took $10.00 off the price for my wait time so I thought that was considerate. Never seen another place compensate for inconvenience. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the window tint job as well as the quality of the window tint material. I wanted to give this place a great review, but I can't. I came to have my tail lights tinted. Dropped my car off (was told it would take hours) only to return to a shitty job. Tail light tint on my 2015 Camaro is what I asked for. When I picked up my car, the tint job was absolutely TRASH! Bubbles galore, tint peeling and coming off of the lights. They gave the excuse that 2015 Camaro tail lights are hard to tint.. TELL THE CUSTOMER THIS UPFRONT! Don't have them waiting for hours on a shitty job and then you make excuses that really... it's just hard to do. Especially after I expressed that their tint job would make the second on my car in two weeks, due to trash service the first time. They supposedly could do a better job, had a better product.. blah blah blah. Did a WORSE job than the last place. This place was absolutely fabulous! I got a new SUV and it came with ZERO tint. (Off topic: who ever heard of an SUV without ANY privacy tint anywhere on the vehicle?!) anyway, I called on Tuesday and got an appointment for Friday. I came in one hour early around 2pm & was greeted right away. They quickly confirmed my appointment and told me they could have my car finished in a couple of hours. I went out to eat near Wolfechase mall and less than an 20 minutes of being there they called and said I was ready! That was around 3:20!! My goodness! They are fast! I was expecting it would take all day! I went back after eating to get my car and pay. The cashier was really nice and my car looked amazing!! They did a fantastic job on our minivan! We got tint all the way around. It took about 2 hours which was expected. I brought a snack and waited in their very nice waiting room on a comfortable couch type chair watching HGTV. Everyone was nice, checked on me and thanked me for waiting. I had a really bad experience. Horrible tint job with bubbles and lines everywhere. Beware of the good reviews, they provide discounts for people who leave a good review for them prior to ever seeing their car finished. Long story short, I had to call Llumar directly and ask them to get me in touch with someone who could repair the damage and reinstall the tint properly. Llumar was great and got me in touch with some real professional tinters who fixed my car up and properly. Tennessee tint co damaged my car and melted the siding of it, do not go here, complete crap job. read more

They did two windows at my house and had to come back and redo one because the gaps between the tint and the edge of the window were too large allowing excessive light in. I gave them another chance with my car. I have a coupe therefore two small back rear windows. Both windows have a gap allowing light in. For what they charge you, I believe they should do a better job. Please feel free to ask questions. read more

I called on Monday 11/23/2020 and made an appointment for today 11/25/2020 to get my front windshield tinted. I had my two front windows tinted by them a few months ago and loved it. So when I was on the phone I asked about a quote for the front windshield. I was told the darkest they could go is 35%, which I was fine with. They gave me my price and boom. Great! I go in today, and they re-tinted my front two windows (driver and passenger). The lady said that's what we discussed, and I told her it was not. I asked her how I would have known about the percentage for the front windshield unless that's what we discussed. She said she understood...when I asked about the price, it had gone up because now they would be removing what they put on my driver and passenger doors THEN tint what I actually came there for. I ABSOLUTELY don't like that I was being charged for their error, so I told her to have them take it off, and since I had to, I would pay for the removal and take my vehicle somewhere else. I don't like that they had no energy whatsoever to rectify their mistakes. I WILL NOT be recommending anyone to them again. Hopefully no one else has this experience. Good luck. read more

Will not use or recommend TN Tint. Called on Thursday afternoon for an appointment and advised Friday all filled up. Offered 8:00 am on Saturday and I accepted after the fellow assured me he was in there at 7:30 am on Saturday. Showed up on Saturday at 8:00 am and nobody there. Waited and waited. An employee showed up at 8:35 am and he expected to get in. We both waited. When owner Scott showed up at just after 9:00 am, there were four customers and the one employee waiting with me. Scott gave me a $20 discount from the quoted price. But NOT once did he apologize or have the courtesy to say "I'm Sorry." Not only pricey but arrogant. Consider their new competition on N. Will NOT be returning here and would not recommend them to anyone. While the tinting job was okay the wait was horrendous. I actually had an appointment scheduled at 3 pm. They did not start my car until 4 pm. I asked about a wait time at 4:25 pm and they said it would be another 45 mins. I did not leave until almost 6 pm, that's crazy. And not once did the manager apologize to me. That's a bunch of bull. I would not have been so upset if someone would have told me in the beginning that they were backed up. Absolutely ridiculous .
