He sent two of his employees who spent a couple of hours trying to determine what was wrong. They left without fixing it, but said they would come back and work around the problem by installing a different GFCI outlet in the wall above where the bad one was and tie it into the service line of the wall sconce that existed. I didn't like that solution and since the company didn't plan to come back for a three weeks, I called Asidaco upon the recommendation of a friend. Asidaco tracked down the problem in less an hour, (It was a bad breaker in the breaker panel.) fixed it and several other potential hazards quickly. Great work! I know who I will call in the future.

ICON found the fault ,in the panels, fixed them, and gave them to me at low cost. . The inverters that convert dc to ac were still covered by warrant. A few have stopped working, ICON got replacement and put them on, no cost, A fault caused by rain was fixed by ICON , no cost. Get your solar panels at ICON you wont be sorry. PS" Electricity prices are going to go sky high because of AI processing centers!! Solar been like having a sure CD over my 10 years. Solar is now cheaper than my 10 years ago. Don't fret because rebates were taken away stupedly. Your solar panels now are a good deal, you will get money credited to you during the summer from the utility. My solar installation went wrong in a couple different ways. The panels are a good distance from…read morethe house so there was quite a bit of trenching. We hit a farm drain tile which was not detected. I was responsible for fixing that but their guys were very helpful as well. One of the circuits had some non-standard wiring in my house and one outlet was not re-connected. Unfortunately that was the outlet for the sump pump. My basement flooded and the furnace and water heater were a complete loss. I don't want anyone to have a complicated experience like mine but Icon was very honorable though out the whole situation. I also had a problem with some water in one of the solar strings which they were also able to fix. The only outstanding item is to get the drywall put back together in the garage. I was happy to have Icon when things did not take the happy path.
