I recently bought a car from CarMax and the windshield was cracked. I was directed to Jack Morris. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged by staff walking in and out. I thought, this is odd. I waited in the lobby, not very long after Mr. Marty assisted me. I was sitting in the waiting room for about 2 hours. I went outside as I began to get very restless and having to drive 5/6 hours to enjoy my birthday with family in Atlanta. His daughter, came to me and informed me the windshield they received wasn't a fit for my car. It wasn't a big deal to me because CarMax is covering the fees. On the other hand I had my bags with me for the week. They did inform me that it would be 3-4 business days until the new windshield arrived. My immediate reaction was uhhhh oh!! I have to be in Atlanta tonight by 9pm. Needless to say, after having a conversation with them they accommodated me above and beyond. Mr. Marty rented me a vehicle for my trip. I was in awe because now days that just doest happen. Customer service is "out the window" now days. I'm very grateful that it's still good people who really care and want to help.
