If you want amazing hibachi grilled flavors... head to what I call The Block on Paseo Grande and Hesperian in San Lorenzo. An entire block on weekends and some week nights. Such a humble family, all smiles and amazing authentic tasting eats! The hustle and bustle of The Block makes for a fun night! Someone else Claimed our order so while we waited for them to remake ours, we had a Michẽ from another truck, and sweet mini donuts from a stand around the corner. Look at my other reviews for how that worked out!! Thank you for taking care of us so well when someone else took our order!

They cook these over charcoal and the chicken is spatchcocked. (split in half) I was expecting for them to pull chicken off the grill but instead, they pulled them from a cooler. Evidently they cook them up and chop up into the strangest sized pieces and throw in coolers. I had no idea what we were eating. The half rack of ribs was all the gristel and cartilage cut off the ends. I received no bones and very little meat connected to the cartilage. So now they don't have anything to feed their dogs.
