Flatscreen nada, just music. Fish on vacation.
    Victor G.

Glori's opened where Pho Hoa Ty was. Inside seats less than before. Flatscreen nothing to see. Just music. Fish in tanks a.w.o.l. Plenty of parking in lot. Ordered at counter. Pd. Food came in 10ish minutes. Over 6 check-ins... Offerings: hot/cold drinks, taco tuesdays, lunch specials, tacos, burritos, beers, fajitas, aqua chiles, Chilaquiles, antojitos, sides, desserts, breakfast, Tortas, plates, apps, salads, soups, burritos, pescado...typical authentic Mexican menu. Slurps: menudo soup (19.99) -comped chips day old house made? Salsa bangin' -3 corn tortillas ok, tasted the usual. -lotsa tender pieces tripe. 1 big tender pig feet. -broth temperature hot, flavorless. Oomph came with addition of chili, dried cilantro/herb. *isn't comparable to other renditions Sips: Tamarindo aqua fresca (4.25) -nice tartness, had little sugar-a plus. 3.75 stars city tax 3%-probably Credit card fee. *prices higher than regular taquerias National Hispanic Heritage Month: 9/15-10/15 2024

Wow the food tastes like home cooked and it's run by a family and the mum Ms Gloríe is the lady behind the scene. We met the son and it's a cool place,They have karaoke night Fridays and Saturdays and Taco Tuesdays and a taco is 1.50. Come try this place out,you won't be disappointed

The food came out fresh, hot and so flavorful. Service was wonderful too. Glori's is a small restaurant. Plenty of parking. It's a gem. Please go.

It's not often I drive down Mission, but Glori gives me a reason to now. Their tacos have been impressive; I've dined in for two Taco Tuesday's ($1.50 street tacos) now and each bite is just as good as the one before. Their burrito is hefty and can easily be split into two meals. The place is right next to The Sister House, so come by and get sone delicious food

This place is newer and I have wanted to try it for a while, I enjoyed it! I got the nopales and eggs, and my sibling got huevos rancheros. It could've used a little more salt on my scrambled eggs and the eggs were really over cooked on the rancheros plate, but other than that it was delicious!! My son and the owners son really got along and he joined us to play with my son at our table too cute!!

Good service. Good food, so flavorful. Everything is made from scrach. Even the sour cream is made from scratch. Enjoyed the glori's experience this morning.

Al Pastor super burrito bowl on a plate with added lettuce.

I got an Al pastor super burrito bowl and everything tasted amazing. The meat was flavorful and crispy, something I don't get as often as I want to in my Al pastor. My father got Camaron burrito which was also great. We got complimentary chips on the side which tasted freshly fried and were some of the best chips due to the freshness and deep fry.

Got the asada nachos, could've used more meat and wasn't fan of the melted cheese. The quesabirria looks good tho and the fried fish.

Service was great! Food was also pretty good, chilaquiles were so good, didn't think the price was too bad. Agua de Piña was very very good!

We each got the salmon bagel, tea, and a latte, then found a table on their cozy and beautiful back patio. The drinks came out in beautifully painted drink ware. This place was such a nice spot to catch up and chit chat over good food. The servers were super friendly and helpful, and we never once felt rushed to leave or vacate our table. The noise level was just right, too. You would think being on A St would mean we'd hear cars the entire time and would have to talk over other tables, but everyone was respectful of each other and my friend and I could hear one another speaking just fine. Parking is limited; there were maybe 4-5 spots on the side of Sandra's Barberia, but you can park on the street and walk over.

O cambiaron ? Es un servicio muy diferente . I got to go to this cafe in Hayward recently with family and thought it was very cute. The food was very good and I felt satisfied. I was sad to see that the service has changed so much since my last visit. A worker commented negatively on my sisters tattoos, another opened a bag of tea with her teeth, and one waitress made me get the plate out of her hands/seemed inexperienced with serving food. I wonder if there is new management or new owners? It's a very different service from last time.

(6/2026 as of writing this) also the complimentary chips and salsa were delicious, the salsa is a bit more on the looser/watery side but personally, i love that, the taste was good for me and my mexican family the cookie dough waffle was so fluffy and just decadent enough, yes it's showered in syrup and whipped cream and toppings but it's just sweet enough to not need maple syrup to go with it the eggs benedict was absolutely divine, perfectly runny egg, delicious light flavorful hollandaise sauce, and crispy hash browns to go with it i also got the iced lavender white mocha and wow it was absolutely delicious! i could taste the lavender just enough, it wasn't overpowering but rather, complimenting the coffee milky taste going on my family liked their meals as well! plates were cleanedddd of food, and what we took home was very minimal as we arrived with big appetites that were satisfied! this is like my 5th or 6th time at denica's, i'll definitely be coming back

Just an excellent place to be!…read more A friend had heard rave reviews about their authentic Argentinian empanadas and we were so happy to come and try it out on a Saturday afternoon. Parking was busy (the lot is shared with Trader Joe's) but we managed to find a spot and head into the busy but not packed cafe. There is a large assortment of empanadas, from meat options like chorizo and chicken, to vegetarian like corn and onion, to sweet options too like apples. The menu also boasts lots of great drinks including mate tea! Lucky us, the empanadas we ordered weren't in stock so we had to wait ~10 for freshly baked ones. They came out buttery and piping hot, even with little hand-stamped letters on them so you know what you're eating, and it was so delicious. Most are about $5.50 each. Add oregano chimichurri for a bit extra if you want or pair with a tea, but these empanadas really hit the snacky spot. Lots of wooden tables with fresh flowers make Pampas a great space to chat with friends or to sit and do some work. The most standout feature was the friendly and efficient staff who seem to build connections with everybody who walks in the door. Worth a drive to Castro Valley! Especially if you bring cash for a 10% discount off a dozen :)
