The crispy shrimp tacos were soooooo good, do yall know how hard it is to find delicious crispy tacos that taste authentic? I'm still thinking about them and my mouth is watering writing this out but now it means I can't wait to go back and get some more along with maybe a sope because those look so delicious too! My partner ordered two tacos de asada & enjoyed them very much too. Which is a lot for him to say because he grew up working on a LA taco truck !!! The portion sizes for both the crispy shrimp tacos and the tacos asada were generous & very filling. My shrimp tacos came with cheese, honestly the perfect post gym meal if you're trying to get some protein in and love shrimp or fish or a pescatarian! My appetite was satisfied. Since it was lunch time around noon, it was busy with customers inside but there was plenty of seating for everyone. The restaurant was clean, well kept, & smelled delicious lol. This is a local San Leandro taqueria spot that I can't wait to go back to, it really made my day and my only regret is I wish I came in sooner!!

Randomly found by my broths as we were on the hunt for Mexican food. When we pulled up, it was no one there and I'm always skeptical of taco trucks with no customers but don't worry, I was completely wrong. I ordered four tacos and one of those being a cheese asada taco. When I received my tacos, my first clue that it was gonna be some pressure (meaning really good for folks who don't know slang) because the corn tortilla was soft and fresh off the tortilla press and had fresh guacamole on top, something I've only experienced in San Diego (Tijuana Style Tacos). I couldn't believe the first bite, the pastor, asada and pollo were really good and crispy. Unfortunately I live in Sonoma County and haven't found anything nearby that close to what I just experienced. I may need therapy, pray for me.

I just want to put that out there. I politely asked if he charged more for carnitas, he said no. So I asked why the price was off. He said he charges $0.65 per jalapeño. I said, OK, my bad, i thought they were free, you can remove the jalapeños. HE GOT AN ATTITUDE and told me ' $0.65 isn't even that much'. I took my money back and walked out. I refuse to patronize places with rude customer service. If you can't cover your overhead with tacos priced at $1.25 then raise the price.
