I call to cancel my appointment and they still ended up charging me twice. I called and they gave me the biggest attitude and told me that I did not call. I showed up with my call history with the proof that I did call. The lady gave me the biggest attitude and threw my money at me... I was very polite the whole time and did not raise my voice. Customer service is very unprofessional. I bought a package here for $780 (for 10 massage sessions, each goes for 1 hour). Out of all 10 sessions, I received a disposable bra and panties only 5 times, and the others were some kind of excuses, like - "oh, we didn't buy disposable things , we don't have today disposable things , oh you can be in YOUR panties today, oh let me just put some towel on you!" . What a shame! You can't give a customer a disposable item that's so cheap on Amazon. Despite the fact that the client pays you $780. You know, this is not a pleasant feeling when you are lying on a massage in YOUR panties and after that your panties in oil and gel, and you go home in these panties ,omg!!! It was uncomfortable !!! But this is only part of the problem, the most important problem - out of 10 sessions, only the first 2 was good , the rest of the sessions were some kind of problematic, is it professional?They can just change the time / masseuse and without first asking the client - "can we reschedule?or change?is it ok ?" ,But No ! they just sent me a message that they changed the time and that's it. At the beginning, I gave tips 10$, but after such disrespect, I thought - why should I tip for such a bad attitude towards the client? About the result after 10 massage sessions - I expected a little more than I received for such a price that they charge, I think that my body result is simply because I went to the gym, drank a lot of water and kept a diet for these 3 weeks !!!!! but the funny thing is that I asked my husband to write a review too (see screenshot), and they answered him that this is a problem in him and he humiliates me ))) Are you guys normal ??? YOU GUYS TOTALLY LIARS !!!! Surprised at the $2.00 fee for credit card use. Great lash look outcome! Slightly uncomfortable to have the 3 lash beds at the store front for everyone to see as your laying there, no shoes on and possibly asleep. No privacy barrier. I have yet to witness the lash tools changed out or cleansed, or hand washing in between lash clients. Prices are better than your chain stores. Witnessed the short haired woman at front desk on a Saturday pick up and hang up on a call that was on hold saying, "They'll call back anyway." This was after the phone was ringing for a long period of time and she was somewhere in the back leaving the lash technicians to pause their service and answer the store calls. so I wanted to gift my mom the microblading for Christmas, I made an appt for Jan 9th @ 9:45 am , but 48 priors to the appt I called to reschedule because my mom wasn't able to make it that day . We then reschedule the appt for today , Jan 26th @ 3PM . At the the time of rescheduling the girl mentioned they will call the day before as a reminder , which they didn't . So I decided to call in the morning just to confirm , and the girl said she wasn't in the schedule . Searched my name , her name , phone number and everything And nothing . This isn't a free service it cost money , and the only thing the young lady could say is " would you like me to check when she's available next?" . Are you kidding me !!!: Beyond unprofessional. I write things down on my phone calendar and your telling me that someone didn't enter her appt in the system the way they were supposed to and you want me to reschule for a service that I am paying in another couple of weeks because you ladies messed up !! Finally a place I can go for my waxing where I get quality service while feeling like I'm at a boutique style spa! I've been a loyal European Wax client for over 5 years, and I was always happy with my service there, until I found Soleil!! My first experience and visit to the salon was more than I expected. The entire staff and ownership provided me with such a warm welcome, and they continued to check on me throughout my services. I see Tai for my wax needs, and I cannot express enough how much more enjoyable the entire service is. The wax they use is more gentle, and leaves me feeling more comfortable and less irritated that I would at European. I never thought I'd say that, because the wax at European was what I preferred...up until now! I found everything grew in much lighter than normal and had no issues with it growing back in. From one dedicated European client, I highly recommend giving Soleil a chance to change your entire spa and service experience!! They charge you a deposit whenever you set an appointment and they charge a % credit card fee. They should be incurring those fees like most businesses do, not passing it down to the customer. Some of the staff is not well mannered, I walked in one day to ask about prices, said good morning and no one answered back. I thought that was rude as most businesses in the 'service' industry are polite and accommodating. They seem to be a fairly new store so there's room for improvement, hope they are reading reviews and acting on them and making changes for the better. read more

I was highly recommended to this beauty salon by a close friend. I got my lashes done by Imani and absolutely loved them! I've been having my lashes done for years now but this girl did a great job. She was worth the drive all the way from where I live in Jersey City. Even though, while I was getting my lashes done, I heard another lash tech complaining about a customer being "fashionably late and how some people think it is cool" I was still excited for my refill appt two weeks later that I even had to cancel a few errands I was suppose to do that day just to go back. When I got there, they told me Imani was sick and another girl will be doing my lashes. I was so upset because I never received a phone call. The girl in the front told me Imani said she called me and spoke to me, but she must've spoke to someone else because I would have never shown up if I received that phone call. Especially being that I have been waiting for this appointment and Imani to do my lashes. I asked the girl in the front, I think her name is Angela when she can get me in and she told me August 4th (BY THAT TIME I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW SET EVEN THOUGH THEY BASICALLY HAD TO RESCHEDULE ME BECAUSE IMANI WASN'T THERE AND I DID NOT WANT TO SEE ANYONE ELSE) so disappointing! I asked her if Imani can call me to see if she can get me in sooner, she said she will let her know. The next day I call since I never received a phone call and she said she will tell Imani to call me...the next day no phone call. So I call again, and nothing! Still Imani did not call me back. This is so unprofessional! Even if she couldn't get me in sooner, she could have called me back to apologize for such inconvenience. I decided to call a few days later to speak to the owner (Lucy). I told her what happened and she then said she had a client and asked if she can call me back to see what she can do. I waited and no phone. Waited a few days and again..now the owner herself hasn't called me. If I called to express myself about an unpleasant situation and not receiving a call back from a lash tech, you would think the owner herself would return my phone call.
