I'm used to doing my own brazilians being that I'm also an esthetician and wax specialist but I'm unable to now that I'm pregnant lol. She couldn't have done a better job than myself. I bought a Groupon here, they don't answer the phone, they text. You text to schedule an appointment and they say they'll call you to book when their store is open, for me I had to wait three days til Weds and then I called Weds morning and no answer til I texted again and then got a reply hours later. The day before the appointment I got sick so I had to cancel. I didn't get a text reply or call. I called the day of to confirm they got my cancellation phone call and text but no answer. I texted again, no reply. At this point I'm going to ask Groupon for a credit and not bother with these Just went over my old bank statements to find they fully charged me for services that were booked without ever communicating back. It's actually against federal law to charge customers for full services for canceled appointments especially when the customer cancelled in advance. Late or cancellation fees is one thing but full sessions is another. $126 is not a fee. Very rude read more

This place can seriously go to hell. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow at noon. I called at 12:20 - as soon as I saw that my "friend" decided to show up to cancel. I was not comfortable going under these circumstances. Whoever answered the phone (mind you I called and left several messages before noon), was extremely rude and kept repeating the policy. Well sorry hun, things happen and not everyone is okay with this. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She said I could still come and wear a tampon. I don't do that, so I wanted to reschedule and was advised I would be charged 50% of the price if I rescheduled and 100% if I cancelled. I booked my appointment at the Bloomfield location which was close to me There is a strict No Show Policy- The offer on groupon was $23 , I made an appointment and didn't receive a reminder text or email. I forgot about the appointment and didn't call to cancel or reschedule. Therefore, I was charged $50 on my credit card for No Show Fee and sent and email that the policy is listed on the website.
