The technician said your glasses are for reading, I said no it's to see that's why I am here. My recent healthy eye exam recommended I se an Optometrist, there might be something else. The first thing she then said we will go ahead and do a health eye exam and that will be $49. I said I just did that and that's why I am here. my intake form had all of the symptoms I have been suffering with. There was a price sheet what I might also need. I already called to make sure they were in my insurance system. I was told yes. I have never ever walked out of a doctors appointment . I felt like I was at a car dealership and they just want to sell you the add one. I can not say anything good about this practice.

There's just simply not another doctor like him. He went to my mom's funeral who was also a long time patient - I'm guessing this isn't something he does often, but his schedule allowed it this time, and he made it happen. My dad and I were truly touched. His office staff is also outstanding. Dr. C. is funny, knowledgable, and goes out of his way. I will be super bummed, to say the least, when he retires. They have been willing to, at no extra charge, customize the size and shape of my lenses. They have not tried to talk me into buying new frames when I have old frames (previously bought there) that I'd rather use. As an extremely picky glasses wearer, I have refused to even consider buying anywhere else since buying my first pair of glasses with them. They are very responsive and treat me like family. Dr Yun is thorough and has the latest equipment. She does all the testing herself. There was a slight change to my Rx. Calvin was very helpful and assisted me with selecting the perfect pair of glasses. My insurance offered a great discount and I'll be stopping back for a new pair of sunglasses soon. My new glasses were ready in 8 business days. I need to have a secondary cataract removed next week and I suspect my vision will improve even more.

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration regarding my experience at your office today…read more I spent time on the phone scheduling an appointment and provided my complete insurance details, including my group number, so that it could be verified. I then drove to your office, only to be told upon arrival that you do not accept my insurance. Taking this information down over the phone only to tell me it is not accepted after I arrived makes completely no sense and was a complete waste of my time. This situation reflects poor training within your team. The office manager needs to further train the entire staff, and perhaps management could benefit from additional training as well, to ensure this does not happen to other patients. Seems like now you can't trust what is being said on the phone, and not until you are actually at the office they turn you away.
