My wife and I thought we would buy a home in Incline Village, NV so used Yelp to try to find the best realtor to help us find a place and represent us in the transaction. Bruce was Yelp's recommendation and it was a great one. First, Bruce was patient and generous with his time, adjusting his schedule to show us several Incline properties on multiple trips of ours to look around. He clearly knew everyone in Incline Village well and is an IV expert. He also helped entertain our 7-year old during the "boring" house tours. What distinguished Bruce, though, was how he handled our transaction. After all the tours in Incline Village, we decided to buy in Chinquapin near Tahoe City.
