However, as soon as I sent over the money Erick unilaterally changed the payment terms to demand 66% of the payment or they would not start work AND would not refund any of the money. He intentionally changed the agreement, and when I asked for my refund because I was not okay with this, he became unprofessional and started swearing hurling personal insults.
