Mark and our family have confidently working together for nearly 30 years with no complaints. He and his men had always been careful cutting trees for us and not leaving a trace once their work was finished. This last time that Mark came to take down a few trees, we noticed a significant difference in his men's workmanship. Upon arrival, I took Mark out onto my deck and specifically asked him to only cut a specific tree down to the height of the adjacent fence. He said he understood. Mark's crew were cutting limbs and letting them crash against our deck leaving indented marks and scuffs on 3 or 4 banisters that we had just had stained. Their carelessness eventually resulted in a full break of one section of our deck railing and spokes and apparently never told Mark. When he called to get paid, I asked him what he wanted to do about the broken portion of the deck and he didn't know what I was talking about. I think what disappointed me the most was Mark's neglect to follow through on my request to only cut the tree closest to the fence to the same height as the fence. I had plans for that one. When I pointed out that it had been cut to the ground, Mark said, "Well, now you can get creative". No apology!! At the end of the day, Mark should have at least apologized and/or offered to take some money off the quoted price for everything that I just I have described- as a gesture of good will. But nothing!! So now I have a deck with marked up bannisters to remind me that Krawiec Tree Service no longer has the same quality of service that we used to count on. March, 2025 R.R

This company did my driveway I kept my end I paid him the day he finished the job. I wanted a 2 yr…read morewarranty it's a good thing, half the driveway did not come good, I told him and he came tried to use a torch to smooth it down but it didn't work, he said don't worry next spring I'll fix it. The spring came and I called and he said I'll fix it and he sent me a bill of $1,900. To fix it , I said no way it's under warranty you have to fix it, after that it all began with the lies to get out of repairing it by saying he went out of business when I told him he was a liar he said he was going through a bad divorce and he was filing for chapter 11 all of these lies to get out of doing what he promised to fix and the worst of it I had someone call to get a price for a driveway and they said when would like it done, how's that for someone who is out of business. So check this out before you hire him. He is not a man of his word. He has not responded to the BBB or myself to repair the situation.

I mentioned the need for a backhoe to dig out the buried organic material(dumped leaves). Their response was "we don't have one". In short stay away, their local TV adds are nothing like our eerience. Something is going on their father/sons ownership of the company. They are due 9/19/25 to come back with a complete new driveway, no charge! We will see. I will post update. Update, successful resolution. The sons were honest and apologetic about the delays. Completed sink hole remedy, down the road well see how it holds up. Offered to return at no charge if needed. Give them a shot, appears sons have taken over operations.
