I paid a hefty $4,794.63 deposit based on terms that were clearly agreed upon: 1/3 deposit and the remaining upon completion. However, as soon as I sent over the money Erick unilaterally changed the payment terms to demand 66% of the payment or they would not start work AND would not refund any of the money. He intentionally changed the agreement, and when I asked for my refund because I was not okay with this, he became unprofessional and started swearing hurling personal insults. Something no legitimate business owner would do. BE WARNED ERICK HAS NO WRITTEN CONTRACTS AND ALTERS TERMS AFTER MONEY IS SENT. If you value honesty, professionalism, and protecting your hard earned money, stay far away. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably.
