I have not been to see her as often as I would like because for the past year my schedule has been hectic. I cannot say enough good things about her! I am so glad she picked this occupation! And the salon is gorgeous inside! I wanted to add that, though most of the employees are young, I feel comfortable going there! My hair stylist Pacie was honest with me about the condition of my hair (normally stylists tell me all my tangles are "normal"). She took time to explain that I actually had dry hair and before even shampooing or cutting my hair was already creating a treatment plan to get my hair back on track including to stop using cheaper shampoos and to start using products that won't dry out my hair. I ended up with new shampoo, conditioner, a leave in treatment, and a heat protectant that smelled so delicious! The cut was exactly what I wanted and they didn't try to add anything extra as far as maintenance needed in my layers or zero perimeter haircut. I was hesitant to even get my haircut as the last person created an awful v at the back of hair that I was so afraid I would have to cut inches in order to correct. Pacie went to work right away to even everything out and even though my hair could've been cut three inches, she only ended up cutting about 1-1 1/2 inches. As someone who lives and breathes by my hair, it was such relief to not have to lose so much in length but to know that what is left is healthy and as she said "we can fix it". The positivity from Pacie made my former PTSD of getting haircuts melt away immediately. I felt confident and happy enough to cry tears of joy as soon as the cut was finished and she even added some small layers to help with the dead ends without losing the length. She also introduced me to the middle part which I have never had before! I am so excited to show everyone I know my hair and can't wait to see the growth and repair from the products I purchased! The level of professionalism and poise this person gave to me the entire time she was cutting my hair ensures that I will definitely be going back the next time I am in need of a hair cut! 10/10 recommend Pacie for any and all of your hair needs!

Steve is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes his time to ensure I leave his clinic with my hair looking good. Recently, I invested in a new topper, and I can not be more pleased with the results. When I received the topper, Steve gave me the best haircut I have ever received. My hair is long enough that I can pull it into a pony tail and the cut is genius enough that it does not get tangled. It looks silky, natural and is very comfortable. . My hair was falling out due to alopecia areata and massive amounts of scar tissue. I've had this scar tissue issue in other areas of my body. I think it's partially due to being deployed and being exposed to chemicals. So all of that has taken its toll on my body and my hair took a hit. I never told Dr. Latham about my scar tissue issue. So by him being able to key in on that told me he was the real deal a long time ago . I'm a 40yo, Black woman, with Locs. I've had my Locs for 12 years. So when other doctors told me to cut my hair because my "braids" were pulling my scalp, I refused. I didn't see the hair around my nape falling out. Only mainly my crown and edges. So I had considered a hair transplant. I'd seen the Bosley commercials, and researched them. I read some horrible reviews. I researched several other doctors as well. However, everyone was either in Nashville or Birmingham. I wanted to stay local, if I could find a good doctor. I saw Dr. Latham's infomercial one night while up late. I thought that his client seemed genuine. So I was intrigued. I did some research on him and saw mixed reviews. I felt like the ones that weren't favorable were more disgruntled than anything. It felt like because they didn't get their imagined results, that they wanted more and more work. That was my impression. I could be wrong . However, I made a decision to call him and schedule an appointment. That was the beginning of this great hair documentary and future movie . Dr. Latham was so caring from the VERY beginning. He never made me feel like he couldn't help me. I remember him examining my scalp. It was turning white in spots. I was so embarrassed, but he calmed my nerves and schooled me on what was happening in my head. He looked at my nape and immediately said that I had a great "donor area." He's nerdy....and so am I . I could feel how excited he was to be able to work on my head because he truly knew he could help. I scheduled a surgery visit, and we've made magic ever since. Dr. Latham has done two hair transplants and multiple Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), injections. Yes, he does the PRP's as well. This is a process of using YOUR own plasma cells to aid in your hair regrowth. He injects these cells into your scalp. Sound painful? For me, it was only around my temples. But they'll get you as COMPLETELY numbed up as they can. And if you need to stop and get more, they will. There's no rush, they make you very comfortable . Dr. Latham has also done the ALMI Procedure on me. Basically, he gave me a mini liposuction (which was a BONUS for me ). He took fat from my stomach and injected it into my scalp as well. Those fat cells also aid in your hair regrowth. I'm not a scientist, but there is truly a science to this, and in the almost 2 years of our hair journey, I've watched this whole evolution in real time. Dr. Latham is the real deal. He stays educated and really gets excited about this stuff. That's the kind of person you want working on your head. Not someone that will just take your money, and sell you crap. He's local, right off of University. He's always available. He always answers his phone. His staff is super friendly and helpful. They're good people that make yoi feel right at home . In case you haven't guessed, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Latham. Especially if you're a Black woman and have been losing your hair. I did NOT cut my locs. They are all the way down to my butt. I NEVER cut them through out this process. Every situation is different. I'm not saying that my result will be your result. The lady that serviced me was very nice and talkative I wish I could remember her name made me feel very welcomed. I got my nose waxed which didn't hurt at all which I love by the way. Also she waxed my nose so quick it didn't even last 10 minutes which is awesome. Addition the prices are a bit too exorbitant in my opinion. Though they do have their prices on their website.
