I came here because they have a brow bar and I needed to get my eyebrows done before a trip. I also love their travel items so ended up buying some makeup remover wipes for my trip as well. Stephanie did an awesome job on my eyebrows. Sadly, they won't do any lip or chin waxing because of mask wearing regardless of vaccination status. read more

Don't open on time. Went to door and they let workers in hit nobody opened the door. Associates look like they are not practicing good hygiene. You are in a beauty store so why is your hair greasy. They seem dirty and not well stocked. It's still after opening and door still locked. I am tired of coming here and having associates play on their phone why you waiting in line to check out. Only one person working. Totally ignored. The best time is when Este Lauder was there. I was going to buy a Dyson hair tool and shampoo. But I'll order online from somewhere else and will never try this store again after several attempts to have a good experience. This store is in Huntsville. It should not be this poorly managed but it's obvious that it's not .. it's just dirty and associates look dirty. read more

I can't think of anything bad that I have experienced at this Ulta store. The employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. I like taking my time and looking at the various make-up items. The store is always clean and organized. The Ulta on Bob Wallace is my go-to store. Sometimes, I order and pick-up, but mostly I go in as it is relaxing and provides "me" time. read more

If I don't know exactly what product I need to buy before going to this store, I don't even bother going. The employees act like they don't want you to be there, and if you ask a question you've offended them somehow. I'm no Karen, but this place needs a serious attitude adjustment. If you don't want to work there, then let people who are passionate about skincare/beauty work there. There are a few good employees there don't get me wrong, but the majority of people I've talked to have not been helpful. My advise would be to go to sephora or order online! read more

I ran into a woman last year and her hair was amazing. Since I am new to Alabama I asked her where she goes to get her hair done. She told me she drives 8 hours from Florida to see Brenda at this Ulta Salon. How is that for a recommendation. Since Brenda is a 20 minute drive versus 8 hours I decided I had to come to her. Not only is she nice and personable but she is professional, knowledgeable, detailed and attentive. She did highlights and a cut and my hair turned out OUTSTANDING!!!! I could not be more impressed. All the other stylists here were so nice. It was a very pleasant environment. The cashiers and greeters were also very kind and professional. I very much enjoy coming to this Ulta. Have been a loyal Sephora customer for years, but since Ulta moved into the area close by some time ago, I thought I'd try it out. Needed moisturizer, eye cream and wanted to look at some new eye shadow shades. Perhaps the crew was starting to wind down from a long day, but at 7:15 p.m., the apparently only had time to speak to one another. There were 2 sales associates at the front counter. Neither looked up to acknowledge my entrance. I walked towards the skin care products, and no one came over to see if I needed any help. As I walked further into the store towards the hair center, a sales person came towards me. I smiled and attempted to make eye contact, with no results. She almost brushed me as she walked by. Will stick to Sephora and the higher end stores for higher end customer service. read more

I had my hair done by Whitney a few week ago. She is professianal and personable. I had a Keratin Complex smoothing treatment. I have had other keratin treatments but this was by far the best! My hair went from fizzy beyond comprehension to smooth and easy to style. I have fought my curly unruly hair for years with product after product that do little to tame it. I can now live in the outdoors without fear of how my hair will respond to the humitidy. It has made my hair so easy to manage and less time. I highly recommend Whitney! read more
