Not only have they changed in a year, but they are more than doubled what I paid at the end of 2024! She looks at my tattoo and said I don't know if machine will even work on the tattoo. So they have some fancy tattoo pico machine they want to charge a lot of money for and it doesn't fade tattoos!! I do not recommend anyone to go there for a tattoo removal.

It has been over a month since then, and the discoloration and needle scars persist. I reached out to the owner for a full refund. He said they don't provide refunds but only store credit. Please tell me who, in their right mind, would want to go back to their medspa after what I have endured. Microneedling is supposed to make my face look better, not damage it. I have taken care of my skin, and they ruined it. The least they can do is own up to it and hold themselves accountable. Do not go to this spa! I bought the LivingSocial deal for Laser Hair Removal because it was such a deal ($100 for 6…read moretreatments in a small area, like underarms). Dr. Degraaff is great. When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!
