I had an appointment today with Dr…read more Mario Thelird, but after multiple negative experiences at this facility, today was the final straw--I will be changing providers. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, yet I did not see the doctor until 5:00 PM. My insurance copay is $35, but I was charged $40. When I pointed this out and showed them my insurance plan, they refunded the $5 in cash, which should never have happened in the first place. This visit was for my annual exam, and I informed staff as soon as my vitals were taken that I was there for blood work. However, due to the excessive delay, they ultimately told me they could not complete the blood work I specifically came in for. To make matters worse, Dr. Mario wrote a prescription that was not even valid when I attempted to drop it off. When I tried to contact the office for clarification, I was unable to reach anyone after they closed. I spent two hours of my Saturday for nothing more than a blood pressure reading and an invalid prescription. Completely unacceptable. Never again.

Dr. Madistin was so patient, and caring and understood all my needs. I can't wait to go back for my next visit!

I should have…read morelistened to them, they left me stranded when I got DC'd (DisCharged) and gave me no information while I was there. Absolutely ridiculous how places like this are legal. Some idiot pulled a fire alarm or there was someone smoking inside because when it went off, I walked into the main entrance and grabbed a phone. I'm too smart for that place, I got my calls and got DC'd. I would call the complaint line but I'm sure they work for the same company so. The executive director clearly makes his money for sure, if you get the luxury of speaking to him in his luxurious private office like I got. Lex Luther lookalike winner since '99 Told him "I hope you get the help you need and thank you." as I left. Referring to staff and himself. One of the two are underpaid (guess who). This place is a scam. Don't send your loved ones here please, send your enemies. It was all true. They cultivate the google reviews by faking positive ones with AI or with their employees and they definitely always pay to remove the negative ones. The type of care is "I don't know..." if you want answers, sorry to say that you won't find any there. You'll be running around all day looking for something you'll never find unless you're meaning to get more drugs or laid. No mental health availability on Sat-Sun, depending on who your therapist is or if you were recently admitted. The best treatment at that center, I received when they DC'd me for using the receptionist phone to call my family to tell them it's garbage there. I get why they don't allow phones now and why they allow you to have a tub and a toaster in PHP. A lot of the people were struggling to get their own property back as there's basically no security and for some reason the receptionist had to search all the bags. I am an addict, I went to a different detox facility in GA, been clean a month. I am still addicted like a MF to cigarettes which they deprived me of for two days, had to bum off of some people. I'm concerned about the admission process as they didn't test me for anything, I'm sure the patients are back there swapping Illness. The living areas for the detox people is trashed and full of random animals. I saw 2 possums, 5 raccoons, and a ton of iguanas (the iguanas live in the pool area and all around it). The rooms were clean and fine so they got that. The pool btw is inaccessible, I assume year round, it is maintained however as I didn't see any scum in it. Plus hilarious how they "treat sex addiction" and the place is CO-Ed. Lots of them buddied up, drug wh**s . Constantly talking about smashing each other and doing drugs. There are hundreds of cameras, I figured that a lot of them don't work and if they do the staff just play on their phones in the offices or leave them unattended. Shout out to a driver named Cody (good guy), the other driver guy that was with him, that one receptionist, and the woman that told me what happened to my stuff when I left. The PHP living areas were almost half decent if it weren't for a lot of the stuff there being broken. Wires ripped out of the sides of buildings, water heaters broken, cigarette butts everywhere (that's a given though), obvious fake or broken cameras. The staff there are definitely overworked and underpaid. I assume the white men at the top intentionally hired a ton of Haitian immigrants to take advantage of them. (Not that I have anything against them, some of the staff there were nice, it's just kind of immoral to take advantage of the workers like that to give yourself a pay raise). Also I'm not a snitch but I know for a fact at least on person left the PHP area and went to the store. I was very rude to the underpaid staff and I'm sorry for that. I understand they "just work there" and all but I went there for help, signed away my soul, so I demand help. I expect someone that works there pretends to read reviews and gives a copy/paste response. I guess I can't give half a star so I'll let y'all have the whole one. I would say way more but nuff said at this point

He helped me to see there would be no change if I didn't change things. I flew to Florida and completed a six week program. Though I had not drank for three days prior to arriving, I chose 12/1/21 as my sobriety date...the day I walked through the doors of We Level Up and committed to their care and hope of recovery. Today, I am the AA Treatment Coordinator for my district. My service work not only includes chairing meetings at my home group, but I bring speakers into two recovery centers and one treatment center. Without the care and dedication of the We Level Up staff, the various classes I needed to understand my illness, and a calm restful environment to relax and recover, I would not be the thriving member of society that I am. Giving back keeps me sober. Forever grateful to Carlos.

You never knew what rules were going on. Men walking into women's rooms unannounced. Patients not receiving proper treatment for over 24 hours. Unable to access any of your items or make any phone calls. It's a big high dollar fraudulent business. I asked to leave immediately and they try to keep you. Then make it hard to leave. I had to get signatures of staff who I didn't know or were not there. I told them I was in the wrong place and wanted to get to the correct place. They didn't care about me they just wanted the insurance. When I finally got out with no phone no water in the middle of nowhere. I was asked to get off the property. They kept some of my belongings and I can't get them back. The counselor I did see called a family member and asked personal medical questions I gave No permission to do. I'm outraged. please do not go here !! Call AA hotline call your insurance for advice before choosing this prison!!! If you or a loved one needs help by all means get it!! But not here
