The ultrasound technician Amanda, was rude and very passive aggressive during the visit. Her response was insanely uncalled for and it's shocking to know this is the level of quality care she performs. She asked me what the problem was while I was speaking to a staff member about my time. I simply stated I've been here a lot longer than some of the patients waiting, but still being seen last. She responded "Well your appointment was at 1:30, and right not it's 1:38." So I guess those who are either late or come right at their appointment time still get priority, when I was there right around 1:00? Her remark was cold, and she clearly gave this IDGF type of vibe. The way she performed the ultrasound felt violent from placing the gel to using the applicator in a aggressive manner. The instructions and tone that she used was even despicable while performing the ultrasound procedure. Telling me "STOP BREATHING! BREATH!" Is not how one should speak to a patient who is ill or in discomfort.

I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. Ultimately I went to a different provider - they did great.

I was told I could either wait or leave and they would call me when it was my turn. I chose to leave and received a call at 1:20pm saying they were ready for me. However, I still wasn't taken back until 2:00pm. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

They told us the assessment appointment would take 3 hours, but we were done in half the time. This was because once we got to the back the staff was efficient with each of the assessment tools. This is important when dealing with eyes and retinas.

Made an appointment for an urgent MRI at this location. 2 hours before, they call and say they…read moredon't have the right type of MRI machine at this location and need to move it to Dairy Ashford an hour later. When I arrive there, I find out that they only scheduled half my MRi at the new location. They were running an hour and a half behind and couldn't fit me in. The staff at the Dairy Ashford location are great but the appointment call center messed up twice and everyone was "sorry" but didn't seem to care to fix it. They wasted 5 hours of my time, had me drive 30 minutes to a different location, and left me without an MRI.
