I designed the layout and shared it with JC and last week we completed the project. JC came on time with his crew, worked diligently for a couple of days and voila, my patio looks great! Making a decision was difficult because I wanted someone who was licensed and bonded as well. I received a quote and a follow up call a few days later from Jorge from JC's Tree Care and Landscape Service. He wasn't the least expensive but was very competitive and more reasonable than many of them. Jorge was very courteous and professional, asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable with giving him the job. He constantly communicated with me and followed up the morning of our appointment. Later that morning when his last job was running a little late, he called me to let me know they were going to be few minutes late for my appointment that afternoon. He even called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. No sitting around wondering if he was going to show up, which I greatly appreciate. He and his crew arrived and took care of the job. Jorge's crew obviously takes his professionalism to heart and gave me the same level of professionalism that Jorge himself demonstrated with every communication I had with him. After completing the job, the cleanup was impeccable. They even went over to my neighbor's houses on both sides to ensure there wasn't any mess left, that wasn't cleaned up on their side. When I called the number on the truck the owner hung up on me after I told him someone driving his company truck totaled my car. The police report stated that the owner claims his truck was stolen. The owner never tried to do right by me and I have an injury. My life has not been on track since I got hit. I'm just saying if you have a dispute with his guy, chances are he will be unscrupulous in his dealings. I have lost time and money that i can't recoup.

A lot more bigger cracks . dried like a " cow ". Heavy stains very light to very dark. Then they disappeared. Now is coasting me double to correct their work. Making commitments and then repeatedly flaking is unacceptable for any business, especially one dealing with property maintenance. I can't recommend this company and won't be using them again.

Arvizu was communicative in the beginning, but recently the communication has been so poor. No reply to any of my last 3 texts, or to any of my phone calls either. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What matters is how they're handled. In this case, the lack of communication and follow-through has left me disappointed. I hope they improve their responsiveness and customer service going forward, but until then, I do not recommend their services and don't think they should be accepting any new customers until they get that figured out.

When soliciting quotes on Yelp, so many people want to come out in person to provide an estimate. The quote stuck when he viewed it in person. I added scope and he added a reasonable price increase. The job was to remove overgrown ivy. It was a big job and the crew of three took care of it in one day, hauling away the waste twice. I won't solicit quotes on the next job, but instead call L&P directly.

It was among the cheapest of the ten quotes that I received. What set the company apart was the communication. The communication was clear, follow through was good. Arrival on day of service was actually ahead of time, which was appreciated. A final small but great indicator of the level of detail was that the team actually took all of the tree trash. I've had other companies try to minimize what they take by filling up our green and even garbage bin without asking. While taking the trash should be an expectation, but it has not been in the market. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for a combination of value, quality of service, and communication

I see them every week when I open the property for them to do their work and Telo and his guys are great, you can tell they really take pride in what they're doing, they have great etiquette and friendly service. For example - One of my customers had some really nice trees in the front yard and nobody could quite get it right and she had remembered Lopez landscaping from a previous home she had, we found their number and brought them in and they've been doing a great job for about the past five years. (15 montage way- it's been featured in gardening magazines, and real estate magazines ) On another property that I manage we went through several high-end landscapers and nobody could quite get the trees right or fix the grass and we brought Lopez landscaping onto that property a little over a year ago and we have had no issues. Right away they fixed all the brown spots and muddy areas of the grass by fixing the irrigation and replanting new grass. One of the main things we were having trouble with was a really nice tree in the front yard that the previous landscapers almost killed and now it's doing great and the yard looks beautiful.
