They did an amazing job on our palm. Great communication, and they went above and beyond what I was expecting. They literally started on the trunk from two feet above the ground and went thirty feet up, just cleaning up the previous cleanings. He and a few workers came by Monday morning (2 days after I posted my initial 2* review) and fixed things up quickly, even replacing the lightbulb in the lamp. I really love utilizing the Yelp quotes function which allows me to quickly send out requests and receive quick response and quotes. I sent a request out late at night around 9:30pm but really didn't expect to get 5 responses within the next 30 minutes. I was able to schedule time with most of them the following day. Jay from A's Tree Service was one of those companies who responded to me via chat. They quickly came out the next day to tell me exactly how they will trim my tree and constantly told me that they will do an excellent job. I was able to move forward with them for both their solid reputation and most importantly their competitive pricing. They came out the next morning to trim 2 of my large pine trees.
