It was among the cheapest of the ten quotes that I received. What set the company apart was the communication. The communication was clear, follow through was good. Arrival on day of service was actually ahead of time, which was appreciated. A final small but great indicator of the level of detail was that the team actually took all of the tree trash. I've had other companies try to minimize what they take by filling up our green and even garbage bin without asking. While taking the trash should be an expectation, but it has not been in the market. It had rained the night before and rain clouds were still in the overcast sky, but Ribaldo did not let the potential for rain stop him. I requested a quote for tree trimming of 2 tall fan palms in my front yard and included a photo. I accepted and the crew of 3 showed up the next morning with a kind greeting at my door. Ribaldo communicated clearly what the next steps were and how long he expected it to take. They wore safety gear and placed cones on the road, making sure the vehicles nearby were moved out of debris range and any traffic was safely alerted. They did a professional job of the trimming and cleanup afterward. The palm trimmings were picked up and then they used rakes, a blower, and broom to pick up any leftover debris and placed it all in their hauling trailer.
