Response time was great and communication was generally good. Pricing was affordable and appropriate for move-out deep cleaning. I was expecting that all items would be out of the house when Natalin came to do the cleaning, but we still had quite a few things in the house at the initial arranged time. Natalin cleaned the master bath tub and offered to come back later so we didn't feel rushed, which was something we were very grateful for. I returned to the house the next morning to get final few items out of main house and into garage. I was expecting that Natalin would be at the house working, but I found the house empty with all lights on and only one room swept and mopped. I was hoping that the cleaning would be completed that next day, but, due to some transportation issues, that did not happen. Natalin returned to the house the following evening with her spouse, who I understand was there to assist with the cleaning. I had to leave the house to run an errand and received a text sometime later that they had completed the cleaning. I was not there to inspect, but went ahead and sent payment. When I returned to the house, I found that no other room appeared to have been mopped, though they had been swept, and there were definitely cleaning tasks that had been discussed that were not completed. When I texted Natalin to inquire about this, I received no response. I will take some of the fault for the house not being empty as expected at the originally arranged time, but I am not sure that I would repeat this service transaction given the end result. Move-out cleaning is never fun and our house was in worse shape than I realized, but I would expect that to possibly change what was going to be charged for a deep cleaning, not for the cleaning to not be completed. read more
