My wife is recovering from a knee replacement and I'm dealing with 3 dogs (2 blowing their coats out) and our kiddo. Lisa showed up right on time and made such a huge difference for us. Our bathrooms and kitchen haven't been cleaner. A bird could fly through our shower door! I don't think I've ever seen our window ledges and blinds so white (and she did 17 of them). My personal thoughts here: we wanted to make sure we paid for a deep clean! If the cleaner also has to surface clean - it's going to take much longer because.... That's just how it works. I just called to ask an info but she assumed something else and was super rude and raised her voices on me. We moved to a new community and all of us were looking for cleaners, I will never ever recommend her to anyone even in my dreams... Awful experience with this company. Hired for a move-in cleaning weeks in advance. Came by to give access day before we closed and moved in. Sadly, returned the next day with movers and appeared very little was done for $350. Providing some pics. I contacted Annie and she was very rude to deal with. One photo of the windows that weren't cleaned as example was not sufficient. Despite being very busy with the move in day and handling a toddler she made me take photos of EVERY window and anything else. They did come back just for windows claiming the lady didn't know how to open plantation shutters. I had to clean/dust cabinets etc., before moving in items. Claimed she cleaned for SEVEN hours, but that the house was more work than expected. The house was totally vacant, one owner home who was unmarried, no kids. I would give zero stars if I could. I hired this company for a move-out deep clean of my 2,500 sq. ft. home, and the experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I was quoted 3-4 hours for $240 but ended up being charged over $400. For that price, I expected a thorough deep clean -- instead, the work was incomplete and poorly done. They sent just one cleaner for the entire empty house. The stairs and floors were still covered in dust from recent construction, and one whole room wasn't even cleaned because the cleaner claimed she was stung by wasps (which has never been an issue inside the house). I even sent the owner multiple videos and pictures clearly showing dirty surfaces and dusty floors, but nothing was resolved. When I raised concerns, the owner was rude, disrespectful, and passive-aggressive, even telling me I should be grateful that they "continued to clean." That is not how you run a business. I even provided proof of what time the girl left in screenshots of both her giving me her phone number by calling and a screenshot of the tip I gave her as she was leaving. They refused to even contemplate the fact that she actually was only here for 3 hours and doubled down on the lie even after I provided the proof. I was messaging with the company, trying to schedule a move out clean. I asked a couple questions and was ready to hire them. I was told that for moveout cleans they need the entire payment upfront. I said I was not OK with that, but I'd be happy to pay a deposit and pay the rest when the job was completed. She said it was policy upfront but could take half. Ok. Then I wanted to know if they were licensed and insured and when I asked that I was immediately told technically there is no license and it's best if we don't move forward. RUN! RUN AWAY! We used Annie's today for a "Deep Clean". We barely got a regular clean. The technician was here for 7.5 hours today... you would think my house was sparkling. However, many things were not cleaned. The kitchen sink & baseboards were not touched, our blinds, light fixtures, and furniture tables were not dusted. Awful customer service! Hired a 3 or 4 times to clean for my elderly mom. Mom got used one cleaner so we would always request her with no issues. She sent a list of what a deep clean covered and I verified that thorough dusting including all furniture, baseboards, mini blinds and ceiling fans were covered and were assured they were. Literally the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. I came home to a dirty kitchen, nothing had been dusted and ceiling fans were not touched. To make this worse -- when I contacted the owner to ask her to come walk through so she could see the situation and know the lack of quality by the girl she sent, she texted she would give me $40 off my $250 cleaning. I explained that the girl literally didn't do anything. I verified that she was at our home through our ring doorbell -- but the service we asked for had not been completed. She said I agreed to the terms and conditions which states a $40 discount of unhappy with the service. When I asked her to please come walk through she said she lived in Alaska! Frustrated I said I would pay $100 for the time the girl was there but I wouldn't pay $250 for a service that wasn't done. And this is when it got worse. She called me and said "this is how this is going to go -- you will pay me for the service as agreed on when you booked the appointment or I will contact your local police department and have you arrested for theft of service. This isn't my first rodeo and you don't want to mess with me. The house was mostly clean as the previous owners cleaned before showing and closing on the home. There were a few areas that I knew needed a little extra love: the pantry and the kitchen cabinets. I told Annie this and all was good and it would not be a problem. The cleaner arrived late on that day but "finished" the job. I came the next day and she did not finish the job. The pantry and kitchen cabinets were not cleaned properly, with dust and debris still present inside. Other areas from the check list were also not clean but not a big deal to me so I ignored that. I sent her pictures and she explained that her cleaner was very tired and said she would send someone the next day. Ok, sometimes people have bad days, no big deal. A new cleaner came the next day (also late) and cleaned the pantry and inside one cabinet from what I can tell. The house was still not "clean". Annie contacted me for additional payment for the additional time that had to be spent cleaning. If they needed additional time, the could've just said that in the first place instead of saying the cleaner was tired and having a bad day and therefore inefficient and ineffective -- my end result shouldn't be devalued for these reasons. I was shocked by the unprofessional communication that followed, which included immediately threatening to send the invoice to collections when I tried to discuss the matter with her. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I want to make it clear that I never even asked for a discount or refund...just that my house get cleaned properly. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time. My husband and I both had pressing matters to attend to with our kids and left the house. I texted our regular cleaner about messaging me and I would remote disarm our alarm system to let her in. Crickets. Someone else texted me later, but I was busy at the time and couldn't get to my phone (my son was being evaluated for a disability). A new cleaner was trying to get ahold of me. As of today, Friday, we have received no call/email/smoke signal. BEWARE!! As all previous comments state - find help elsewhere. I also found her on a Facebook mom site. When I asked to schedule a consult, she stated that I was lucky there was a last-minute cancellation and that she could come in the morning. I keep my house clean and routinely cleaned. I let her know at this time my biggest concern was dusting and the floors and she said no problem she would have someone there at my house and 9, they showed up 30 minutes late. I left for work and meetings -when I got home to check the completion of the work, NO dusting had been done, no counters were wiped down no tables were cleaned no desk no dresser not the TV stand not the bookshelf, nothing and the floors were somewhat cleaned but you could see it was never swept and not mopped in some areas. One room was never opened and not vacuumed. No trash had been thrown out. Basically the house was not cleaned. I sent her a message saying I was a little confused and sent pictures. She went irate cursed at me yelled at me threatened to mess up my credit file a police report and have me arrested. Not once did she offer to make it right.. She stated the lady that came to clean. My house was confused and thought I didn't want any dusting. I'm pretty sure that's the first thing people do when they come to clean a home.. mind you this is also what I stated to her was my priority in my initial request. I sent more then a fair payment but 27$ less then agreed -she has not stopped harassing me since. Beware and do not use this company. read more

I was not impressed with the job Misha did. It was just okay. There was several small things that were skipped or overlooked. She arrived late and prior to arriving called me to ask if I had a mop she could use. I was under the impression that all supplies would be provided so this was a red flag for me. The 2 star review is really because of the owner. After she reached out to me the next day to see how the cleaning was and I let her know what happened, she responded VERY rudely saying that she's never had a problem with Misha, that I was red flag and my house so dirty that Misha felt rushed to finish the job within the agreed timeframe. Never once did Misha say she needed more time so hearing this from the owner was just her way of being disrespectful and rude. She was only hired to clean the bathrooms and kitchen not the entire house and the only reason I hired help was because it was right before Thanksgiving and I had several projects to get finished before family came into town. I keep a clean house but wanted a move in clean feel in the areas where my guest would frequent. The owner did call to apologize for being rude explaining that there was another customer who had an issue with Misha recently and she was still upset from that encounter since Misha had been with her for 2 years. That phone call is the only reason for 2 stars instead of a 1 star on this review. Overall I would NOT recommend Annie's Cleaning Service because the cleaning job was basic and their customer service is horrible. I had a great experience with Lisa. As a mom with three under three my schedule is crazy.. even getting small cleaning jobs finished is a whole task. She is not reliable, I scheduled in advance biweekly for 3 months, she often had to reschedule. This last time I scheduled 3 hours, she said she couldn't do it, I said then you can take us off. I was done with the conversation. I called her to let her know a girl was at my house at 9:20. She yelled, "I'm done with you, we will not service you anymore." She isn't I.
