Dave helped me find and fit the right D-Air Smart Vest a few weeks ago, and Tre was so attentive and helped me find a leg bag, great winter gloves, find my size in jackets, and most recently (last night) went above and beyond to help me find racing boots that fit over my track suit and my large calves. Most recently (today) I noticed a weird clicking in one of the racing boots I just bought, and both Dave and Tre heard me out and gave me a bunch of options to help rectify the concern and find me a new pair. Yes it's Dainese and it's high end motorcycle gear, so you're paying for quality. High prices aside, what this store excels in is that it offers incredible customer service and support. I've always felt heard and understood when it comes to my motorcycle gear needs, and their recommendations have been incredible. Both were very low pressure and quick to help answer questions, provide recommendations, etc. They let us browse in peace, did check in on us in a non-obtrusive way, and made the buying process pretty painless and no frills. Yes it is a dealership, so the ability to cut deals is minimal, they do try to tack on extras but a simple no gets those removed without any hassle or pushiness, and there is a bit of time involved mostly due to financing and them doing the final bike stuff to get it ready to ride out. All things that you should expect, so nothing came at a shock or had us frustrated. I don't feel like we got scammed, just make sure you know what to expect. I do prefer Carter over the other dealerships in town.

Btw, plenty of free parking. I didn't need a parking space since I walked here. There was one other customer besides me. I found it odd. Well, they were getting ready to close. Anyway, the staff was very welcoming and really nice to allow me to stroll around for a little bit. WOW, I have never seen so many different kinds of motorcycles in my life. They also sell apparel specific for motorcycle riders and other accessories that go with riding a motorcycle. I was in awe and fascinated for sure. I didn't want to leave without offering my patronage and support. I asked if they had magnets. I love magnets! They didn't have any, but they had poker chips with fun Las Vegas theme designs on them. I bought 5 chips. They were neat. I now have souvenirs from Harley-Davidson. Cool! If you haven't been to a Harley-Davidson store, it is time to visit one regardless if you're a motorcycle rider or not.

I wanted to leave a review about my experience at this Autozone from a couple days ago…read more What led me to this Autozone was that I had a battery installed by AAA, and the guy was so nice, but he accidentally dropped one of the screws that helps to hold down the battery. He tried with a magnet, but couldn't find it, and advised me to go to Autozone and get a screw. I went to this Autozone, and Patrick helped me. It was busy when I walked in, but he was efficient and gracious and kind when I mentioned it, saying it had just gotten busy. He then went to look at my car/battery, and somehow almost immediately found the screw, put it back in for me, and wished me a nice day and to come back if I needed anything else. I told him I would definitely be back if I needed anything. The thing that stood out to me is that he was capable, kind, personable, genuine, and respectful. When someone helps you efficiently and capably and also has those characteristics, it really does earn repeat business. It also is a great way to treat another human being.
