Brought my Movado watch in for a new battery. With the back of the watch removed and all 4 screws lying on a towel, he discovered that they did not have an appropriate battery in stock and then dropped one of the tiny screws. He did not attempt to find it on the floor, he didn't even apologize for dropping it and not having the correct battery. Just said I should take it someplace else to have the screw and battery replaced.
