Hedge Shear sharpening: I purchased a pair of Japanese hedge shears (for $99, now $129) from Lee Valley Tools 9 years ago. They are very sharp, well balanced, light and easy to use. After 9 years, blades were not very sharp. Lee Valley Tools recommended sharpening at a Home Hardware (they no longer provide this service). Luckily, John sharpened the hedge shears and another curved blade hedge shears while I waited. Service was great, inexpensive and quick. Thank you very much!

You will not get any thing covered under warranty and you will pay hefty fee to fix any thing. I lost my new cub cadet lawn mover because of the service done here. Dmytro was able to come by quick (the next day) to diagnose and offer to fix the microwave rather than a complete replacement (another repair shop we found on Google suggested to replace - which would be more expensive and perhaps be better in the long run if additional part breaks down the line) and another tech was only available a day after. Plus, I rather not send a microwave into the landfill if I can potentially extend its life. Hope choosing to fix it is worth the gamble. His price is pretty reasonable given we wanted to have it fixed sooner than later. He also promised 90-day warranty on the fix and even sourced more affordable parts (switches) and was able to come back the next day to install it. He even helped us install our microwave lights and filter for us. I would definitely recommend Get it Complete's services for appliance repair.

A total cost of 680$, more than the cost of a new dryer. I am not sure if charging 99$ without opening and testing the timer is fair or not.
