I sent pictures of the window with a message explaining that the house was really old and the windows just as old and that i had no luck with another company wanting to repair the glass only. I explained that i didn't want to replace the whole window fixture because of the cost and also because it wouldn't match the rest of the windows in the house. I also asked if i could get a free quote to make sure i can afford the repair at this time. Pedro gave me a call and assured me they are fully capable of replacing the glass only and that it would save me money. He also told me they could give a free quote and if i decided to go through with the repair, they could do it then and there because they have the glass on hand. They got here very fast after we hung up. Once they came, i showed them the glass and i realized that there was a second window that had been cracked a while back that i taped up to keep together and forgot about since it never fully broke. He gave me a price for the broken window alone and an even better deal to replace the glass on both the broken and cracked window, a deal i couldn't refuse.
