I placed an order with them on a Friday (late morning/early afternoon) for a 3'x5' rectangular glass tabletop for a kitchen table and they told me that it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. A majority of the conversation was done through Yelp & I called them to place my deposit. They called back a couple hours later on the same day and told me the glass was ready for pickup. We came around 4:15pm to pick up the glass before they closed at 5pm for the weekend and the whole process was so smooth! They brought out the glass for us and helped us put it into the car, and gave us the glass glue adhesives for the glass. We had an issue with the "shop polished edges" and messaged them Friday evening even though they were closed for the weekend, but they were quick to resolve the issue as soon as they opened their doors on Monday morning. I needed two round pieces of clear tempered glass protective tops for our new dining table and lazy susan, we finished both with a flat polish edging and a quarter-inch thickness. There was an extra charge, but it was well worth it. The delivery team was extremely professional. They called ahead to confirm we were home and to give us a delivery window. When they arrived, they scoped out the path into our home, placed protective dots on the table, and cleaned both glass pieces before bringing them inside. They used glass suction tools to carefully move and position the glass, then cleaned them again once they were in place. Friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. The entire process was seamless. A 50% deposit was required to start the order, and the turnaround time was about a week. I really appreciated how smooth and professional everything was, from the initial quote to final placement. I was searching for someone to remove mirrors on a home I had just purchased. The mirrors were original to the house and some were floor to ceiling including some very high ceilings. I called around, used Yelp, and asked contractors. Some said good luck, others wanted to overcharge, and then some just didn't give me the confidence that everything would be OK. They arrived on time, laid out all the necessary equipment to be safe, put on their protective equipment and said feel free to go back to work and we'll call you when we start cleaning up. Less than 3 hours later I get the call that they're done. This went much better than I expected, dealing with these types of mirrors with these types of designs can be dangerous. I was charged $135 for a single small window pane. The worker came to the property and this is a historical house with several front window panes, and one was to be replaced. the worker did not use the correct tool to make the "puddy" straight and to match the other window panes. I pointed this out to him, and he told me that when I "painted" it it would look straight. He also said if he did any more to it, I would have to be charged MORE MONEY! I phoned the company and asked them to send someone to correct this but I have heard NOTHING. On top of the lousy job, I was told the puddy was "runny" and would take a few weeks to dry!!!!! This was a joke job and I do not recommend them. read more
