I have seen a few other places, but no other service gives the type of care that Heal and Hope does. I see many individuals leave with their lives transformed, continuously commenting on the work our counselors perform. These counselors work diligently, day and night, to understand the best possible care for their clients. Psychology is a hard field; there are very few tests to give you an exact problem with an exact solution. Counseling takes time and effort from both parties, and I see these counselors putting in an immense amount of effort. They love what they do and are proud to be in this field! Highly recommend!

Well I can honestly say I now understand why the office staff can act the way they do cause the owner even hung up on me the second I pointed out what she was doing in the conversation. Before I begin, the Nurse Practitioners and most physical therapists here are fantastic!…read more But I sat every day with my great grandmother and observed very untrained, careless CNAs avoid doing their job every single day. My great grandmother just had surgery, she has staples and an oozing scar. Every time her drainage got on her clothes and bed sheets they gave her disgusted looks and made her sit in it for HOURS before coming to change her bandages, clothes, or bedsheets. They even try to tell us she doesn't need it changed as it's obviously wet and the bed is obviously stained with blood and pus. CNAs would rather go eat and go on break than take 10 seconds to change her bedding! I asked them if they would like to lay in that bed. I didn't think so! CNAs are not legally allowed to change oxygen tubing or tanks because they are not properly trained, although if they are trained to do so, they are allowed. I do not know their training here but I know their CNAs are IMPROPERLY TRAINED. They would take her oxygen off and have her do things without it Bc they were too lazy to move her tubing to a portable tank. And when they did move her tubing to a portable tank, they didn't bother to check how many liters of oxygen she needed and gave her less or more of what she is prescribed. This could cause oxygen poisoning and KILL YOUR LOVED ONE. IF YOU COME HERE, keep an eye on the CNAs. They will do whatever they can to be lazy and avoid things. And it doesn't take much schooling to be a CNA. Do not trust that they always know what they are doing! Know YOUR facts, and correct them when they try to get away with things!

I nearly always feel understood and heard. No real complaints... Until the past year or so, when their billing department became hell. They now call before and after appointments demanding payment within minutes of telehealth services. If I had a history of running up hundreds of dollars in bills, I'd understand, but they do this when I only owe $30! I know this isn't my therapist's choice as in the past she has waved last minute cancelation fees for me. If it continues to get worse I might have to consider seeing new practicioners elsewhere. They are going to lose business because of this and while the practitioners don't deserve that, the people running the business do.

Our therapy appointment was scheduled during that time. I attempted to reach Catherine the night before our scheduled appointment via voicemail and email to inform her of our situation and that my my husband was currently hospitalized. I only remembered the appt due to a reminder alert! Other things on my mind at the time. The day of our appointment she proceeded to send me a text asking if we were coming I explained to her our current situation and that we would not be able to make our appointment. She immediately responded reminding me of her cancellation policy. Minutes after this communication she processed a full charge for our appointment. When I contacted her asking the charge, she explained it was her cancellation policy to receive all notice within 24 hours. Again, I proceeded to tell her we had been in the Emergency Room and now ICU and apologized I had not thought of it sooner. I offered to send her hospital admittance documents and out discharge papers upon release. She responded, "I hope honoring the policy does not create a barrier to your continuing to see me. I just wouldn't feel right making an exception for some and not others so I created a policy that is as fair as I could create and provide a system for clients to setup reminders that best fit their needs. No documentation needed. I just feel terrible making exceptions for some and not others." She continued to explain to me the fairness of the policy. Unfortunately, no exception for life threatening medical emergencies. I want others to be aware of her practices. I would never want someone to be in this situation and I thought it important to notate how she conducts her practice.

This church has 3 morning worships. First one is at 8:30, then 9:45 and the last is at 11:00 am on Sunday morning. They have a Wednesday night fellowship supper that starts at 5 pm. There is a small reasonable charge for the dinner but it has awards as the food is good. They have free coffee here just before your morning worship that you choose. It's located on the left just as you come in. First Baptist Cleveland also has some benefits like a library, day care, and connect groups. I have no problem in parking. They even have carts to pick you up to take you to the front door. I prefer to walk though as this is not for me. They have a swimming pool that is across the street too. The service was very inspiring along with a great church band and choir. Two lead singers in this group out front really caught my attention as they had special voices that are without a doubt- gifted. The preacher is honestly one of the best I have seen among all Baptist Churches. After all, this church is on TV. He always gives a great sermon.
