I don't feel my teeth constantly grinding anymore, and I have confidence in myself when I smile now. Then I even had the insurance company call your office and the insurance company was told that the billing office would need to be contacted for the x-ray copy, but when the receptionist did not provide a name of someone from billing or put a person on the phone for the insurance company to talk to, the story then switched to where she had to speak to the dentist and did not put the dentist on the phone. Receptionist also flat out lied that I was contacted to come pick up x-rays and I was willing to provide my phone records to show that wasn't true.
