The party room is sparse but you can do whatever you want once you're there. Our friends brought all sorts of their own party supplies, then ordered food from the pizza place in the mall food court. The kids are guided through a variety of obstacles courses with two "coaches." Challenges include jumping off foam blocks, walking across a double tight-rope, a climbing wall, a zipline, and others. I can be fairly easy for kids to get some bumps and bruises - but my son certainly LOVED the concept. I would absolutely recommend considering Legends for a similar ninja birthday party!

If you're looking for meals that are prepared for after your workout already they have it and have many different options as well as pre-work drinks and protein shakes options to make in-house.
