They made me go for a different X-ray every month, gave me an epidural in the wrong place, gauged my insurance for expensive worthless medications that didn't work. This place is a total joke! I just had a very unpleasant experience with Maria regarding my referral from April 22, 2019. (Please understand I have been suffering from chronic pain since December of 2018). Maria informs me that "the ball was dropped" regarding me due to an outstanding balance of $25 from October 2017! An outstanding balance I was completely unaware of nor informed of, that I can recently recall. Twenty-five dollars... I was also informed it was "E-mailed" to me, which happens to be the only way your office apparently contacts people, according to Maria. Well, then, it most likely ended up in the Spam folder and is no longer accessible. I do not appreciate speaking to someone who responds in a very blase' way. I am upset because I have gone two months waiting, without a clue. The meloxicam which I had been on since April, which had been helping, I can no longer take. This means my pain is back in full swing and the pain's return is what reminded me of the elusive referral I have been waiting on. We need to resolve this. I apologize for losing my temper yet if "E-mails" are the only way your office contacts people to let them know what is going on perhaps another method should also be used. This place should be shut down. They are anything but professional, compassionate or patient -centered. Referred here for years of back pain. Several injections received but NEVER saw the physician. We would ask questions and get "you would need to speak to the doctor" and he was never available and never returned calls. You also can call this place and no one answers. The treatments never provided any relief (which we knew was a possibility) but it was the rude office staff, lack of compassion or care about our questions and seems fraudulent to charge for physicians visit and never see a physician. read more

Very unprofessional service. Doctor has a major temper and does not listen to the needs of his patients nor does he take the time to see you except at time of procedure. This establishment is highly unorganized and procedures provided no relief to the symptoms experienced. read more

I have read all the reviews listed and my experience to date has been very positive. The staff in the office, the PA's Billy & Laura treated me with compassion and concern for my neck pain. The group downstairs where the procedures were performed where all extremely proficient and courteous. Bryan, Ashley and the staff in the room where I had my injections could not of gone more smoothly. Based on my experience too date a would recommend Dr. Soloniuk. read more

My experience with Dr. Soloniuk and his staff for my injection was fantastic! Dr. Soloniuk was very informative and considerate and his staff was very kind and caring. The only negative I experienced was with his person at the desk and her unprofessional comment about making sure my drivers were back on time to pick me up because they would be going to lunch and couldn't "babysit" me. Not sure How I want to rate Dr Soloniuk, He did great for me when I had injection done , But now I need copies of my records and his staff are saying records only work Wednesday thru Friday and I was there on Thursday hoping to get them Friday, well guess what Friday here and gone an no records... 2 years ago when they did my last injection it worked for 3 weeks and was done, it was 3 weeks of heaven with no pain for sure. But this is what jacks me, I got 2 of his staff Books ,I had them signed by the author and took them the books, they told me they would send me a check for the books ,Hmmm guess what still have not got paid,wonder how Dr Soloniuk would fell if I did that to him ... So how do you rate a Dr. when he does good but the staff want a pay check and do not want to earn it and take care of business for Dr Soloniuk like they are hired to do. what is real bad is the cost to get the copy of the records...just BS in my book.. read more

I was referred to Dr. Solonik by my primary care physician. I went to their office multiple times for procedures but did not get any pain relief whatsoever. Now I have HUGE medical bills with nothing to show for it. I was concerned also about my safety and their infection control practices. My nurse didn't wash their hands or use gloves when starting my IV. How could I trust them when they stick needles in my spine! Then I learned that they are not even licensed as a surgery center. It's just a doctor's office giving anesthesia and spine blocks. SCARY!! How can that be legal!? read more

I noticed Dr. S. had a very bad attitude. His staff talked about him behind his back wondering what kind of mood he was in. I did not have a complete exam of my pain area. All his assistant asked was where is the pain and made his conclusion based on my pointing to my rectal area. He spent about 5 minutes at most. Never touched me. The first injection helped about 2 days after and for 2 weeks, but he refused to repeat it again. Even though I was crying. He did a pudendal block that did not help and the second one left me with an item in my buttocks I had to have surgically removed. He denied he did it. Do not take a chance with this doctor. I have been a patient at this clinic in previous years where they started me on opioids and subsequently increased them back when the thought was to keep you ahead of your pain. I moved out of state for a couple of years and when returning to this practice they were combative, non compassionate and had an agenda to rid me of their practice. I never asked for an increase in prescriptions, never ran out early or otherwise outside the box. They sa it d I had ethanol metabolites and kicked me out of the practice although I don't consume any adult beverages. Be aware! They aren't there for your best interest. read more

John who is MORON he doesn't address your concerns says he has no problem giving me my pain meds which I have been taking for 5 yrs .Then talks ABOUT some patch does not give out any samples to try .He has no knowledge of my med history as he ask the most ignorant Questions .Then walks out I ask about meds lady hands me a pee cup .Then ask when do I get my meds he's says maybe in 3-4 weeks. Dr. Solunuik and Bill Casavant have been taking care of me for over 14 years. Whenever I need epidural injections in my back or neck or trigger point injections in my neck- these doctors are fantastic at controlling my pain. I don't know what I would have done without these fantastic care providers- they have allowed me to take care of my family and work by controlling my pain issues. When an emergency has come up- Bill quickly will see me and help take care of my problem.Redding is very blessed to have these wonderful doctors that work together to take care of their patients. read more

This place is a total joke. They are prejudiced and judgemental. I'm 39 years old with six previous surgeries and I was waiting I'm getting my seven. Which was pulling a full Rod Fusion out from my ankle and fusing the bottom of the ankle. I was referred to them prior to my surgery due to the severe pain of the non-union Hardware. The PA that seen me said due to the fact that I drink a couple beers a week they will not help me. And was a total jerk . I look young and have tattoos all over my body that's why I was judged but in reality I'm a very successful car salesman. After calling to complain to Brittany the manager I told her my situation and she chuckled stating the PA is about to retire. Then she told me 2 days after my appointment that they no longer take my insurance. I told her make sure I don't get billed for anything and I let it go. Three months later I received a bill for that visit. After several attempts got back in touch with Britney and she said she'll take care of the bill. We will see I have put so much effort dealing with all the referrals and getting all my records this place was a total waste of time and I would never suggest going there. They are racist prejudiced and they will judge you. read more

Didn't see Dr. Soloniuk but have seen John who is a P.A. also Dr. Workman and have not been really happy with the results. It seems that everyone is trying to work at least a month or two behind and they really are not interested in getting you out of the major pain you are there for to begin with. John has prescribed anything and everything except what will get me out of pain even after letting him know that my back feels like my one ton dually truck is parked on it with barbed wire wrapped around my spine. Dr. Workman wants to put a spinal cord stimulator in my back to help my mind convince me that there is nothing wrong with it and was not very convincing and only said it "should work" for my chronic pain. It has taken over 3 months to get this trial scheduled and now I find out that they need a thorasic MRI and they hope they can get it scheduled before the supposed surgery date of 6-6-17 and if not it will be yet another week before the trial. The evaluation of my back was a joke considering that John felt my back through my back supporter and tells me that they are treating me for nerve pain where as I have degenerative disc disease, 5 bulging discs, Osteoarthritis so bad that my S1 joints are gone, and the fact that my neck fusion done elsewhere took 15 hours due to more damage than the MRI showed. Multiple efforts to contact finally resulted in an "appointment" weeks and weeks away. This is not acceptable to me, as severe pain does not wait well. The phone "tree" evidences a lack of concern, as the message is "do not make repeated callbacks". The only reason for me to call back is that they are unresponsive. The worst experience in my life dealing with medical issues. To be accurate, Dr. Soloniuk was thorough and very professional. My second appointment was with William A. Casavant PT., who gives the Medical profession a black eye. He was dismissive, arrogant, and self serving. He didn't listen to my point of view and said to me," I'm a very busy man and have already spent too much time with you". This place is a joke!!! My 2nd injection has caused me more pain than before my accident. I went in today for my follow up with I thought Dr. Solonuik but saw his hippie dippie Nurse Practitioner to my surprise. I've have extreme pain for about 11 days now because I think the shot wasn't done right. Her only offer of relief from intense pain was to rub some Arnica on it. WTF... I felt like I was being punked, what a waste of my money and time. I was so sore I didn't want to leave my house but did because I was excited about hopefully getting some relief from this pain. Then after I decided to call because I was so upset, they talked in circles and wouldn't answer me, they also refused to accept that the shot they gave me caused me pain and acted as if it was my fault. So it must be a coincidence that the pain started the same night as the injection and originates from the injection site/lump they gave me complete with a large round bruise. read more
