Weekday times are very convenient for those of us who work 9-5. I have only taken 2 of the teacher there- Julie and Jenn- both are great. Also, I wish they offered more challenging poses, so I could get outside my comfort level a little. All and all, a great little studio for all yoga levels.

The attendees are a diverse, friendly bunch. The beginner level classes are doable for out of shape people like me (and 20-somethings alike). Instructors are super kind and encouraging. Since they moved into the Lake St. Peabody location (6 years ago), I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The studio is a huge gorgeous room with windows all around, a giant fireplace, wood beams/walls in a mansion beside a lake. In the summer, classes can be held on the long porch. I've seen amazing sunsets, snowfall, deer, eagle, foxes etc. It's something very special versus the cramped box-shape rooms of most yoga studios. There are classes for beginners, all levels and strong flow as well as specialty classes, retreats and pop up trainings. If you are just beginning your yoga journey or well down the road this is a wonderful place to practice.

Not only is the staff great, but the other students are friendly too. They studio is very pretty, with nice art and string lights. The wood floors were a bit hard for me, but I double mat anyway, and Soul City has blankets. I appreciate the open windows and the air filter. I'll be returning whenever I'm visiting home.

All beautiful Goddesses! The Zen Buddha with Mona was lovely. I definitely recommend taking a class at either one of their locations. The vibes are everything! We even got a tarot card at the end with a massage of essential oils at the Salem spot. They have super cute merch too!! When I come back to the east coast, I will def take more classes. Class offerings and time options are also really good for the area with lots of morning classes and good variety between yoga, Pilates and weight based classes. Classes are challenging too which is so important to me. My only downfall with this place and why I can't be a permanent member is I can't get over the fact that there are no mirrors in the studio!! I understand this may be common for traditional yoga studios but if you offer these type of weighted classes how can there not be a mirror to check form. Personally a mirror helps me make that mind/body/muscle connection way more but maybe I'm alone in that.

The smell is so bad. I took a class a few weeks ago and you can smell the mildew in the building…read morebefore you even get in. The room is carpeted and given the sweat and humidity in a hot yoga studio, it's no wonder. I was completely distracted by the smell the entire class. Also, the instructor kicked someone out of the class because they giggled. She said she kicked them out because he was disruptive. I never even heard him. What was disruptive was the instructor kicking him out and then continuing to talk about it the rest of the class.
