We walk the lakeside promenade morning and evening and meet old and new friends. I would love to keep renting here, but they have made many improvements: roofs/AC, new kitchens and bathrooms. I get it, someone has to pay for these upgrades. I have two issues: management needs to enforce dog breeds and size. Every new resident with a dog needs to bring it to the office and registered. When the courtesy gates do work, every resident has the same code- terrible idea. Suggestion - unique codes for every apt. Controlled by car window bar code.if it becomes unreadable then its $25.00 for a replacement. Put me in charge of security for a month.
